Hadn't realised that ex, and SB dad weren't one in the same sorry. Ref LB, maybe he likes you alot, and yet has been really scared that he would lose you. He may need some time to process that there is a good chance that you will be here for him now. On the other hand he may just be a git.....
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Chev - I'm leaning towards git..."Not worth the effort" remember  What an epitaph!! Still what goes around and all that...I'd just love to understand why.
SH - Lucky lady. Hold tight to him, even when he is being "man" like:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -

Oh it's cold, wet and miserable here today.
Went to GP this morning and wound's infected in 3 places so more antibiotics. Explains why I'm feeling bleugh tho.
Accountant can do my 31st Jan return with info she has so that's great. Need to find somemore invoices but thats not a big deal. :T
Will and Power of Attorney lodged with Solicitor today. Solicitor did ask if LB was a bit of a kn0b...seemingly he returned the POA form signed but with a snotty covering letter. We've agreed to ignore the letter and I've informed Solicitor that best way to wind him up is either misspell a word in the reply or misplace an apostrophe or best of all (cos it cranks him up to boil) is split an infinitive. You'd think we were married, 101 Ways to Psyche Out LB :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:And no, he hasn't changed one iota in 30 years. If we'd gone out then, I'd probably be out on license about now for killing him.
Then we went for long walk around the river and the weather broke as I was pulling out of the car prak. Great timing :T
Glad that little lot is done and I'm cuddled up here with big mug of tea and husky.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -

Rubbish to hear about the infection.
However I LOVE your grammar windups for LB. Pure utter brilliance. I know a fella who cannot stand bad spelling or grammar. It's always the little things that get them. He corrects my spelling in emails...even when I've made words up and my Latin etymology is slightly off. T
hese little musings are definately helping me see that LB would probably cause me high levels of stress as everything has to be a debate and worse than that, a semantically perfect one!:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. sorry to hear wound is infected but hopefully ABs will soon have you sorted as for LB seems a bit of an idiot that you're best without anyway0

So what will you do about the legal side of things then?

Taxi - thanks, you're right about LB.
Beanie - My regular solicitor and accountant are still looking after my will and properties if I die. LB will continue as POA. If anything being an nitpicking perfectionist is a great CV for the job. The fact he doesn't "care" about me means he'll make dispassionate decisions about continuing care which again is good.
Here's hoping ABs work...they're a type I've never had before, resistance resistant!!:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0
