I do hope those ABs kick the infection right out.

Well another blazing row with ex-OH. He has demanded I complete a spreadsheet with numerous questions about rental status and finances about each property so his expert adviser can check it all over. He will have no further contact until the spreadsheet is completed.
His expert adviser is a mate, who isn't a lawyer or accountant, has a couple of properties in England and has lived in France for 15 plus years. So a complete expert on the Scottish housing scene and tenants rights!
Anyway lost it (bad I know) and sent him over the data I had to hand, anything else can they gather in person. Also made me go and check out properly his position living rent free in Dad's house. From Shelter's own website it transpires he has zero tenants rights as he doesn't pay rent (non-tenant occupier), so if we give him reasonable notice we'll be granted a court order if he refuses to move. Oh happy happy day!
I'll check all this with my solicitor on Monday but the website seemed very cut and dry. Question definately over what's "reasonable notice", I thought 2 calendar months would be very fair but will take it under advisement. So chuffed we can get this moving and make these stupid, stressful games stop. :j:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Hope you beat infection
Sorry LB isn't living up to expectations

Thanks SH.
Chest still feels very tight and yucky (more than enough info honest). Seeing GP at 9am Monday for her to check, if it gets better I've to go into hosp...sure it'll be fine tho
LB is just plain weird. I think he's very sad deep down and I just didn't match his expectations in person. He's always liked "pretty" women and I've gone from Uncle Fester to Camp Survivor over last month. Hoping to hit Prison Dyke by end Feb, so pretty I ain't.Hopefully by my birthday I'll have progressed to Mad Old Cat Lady.
Feel so much better for finding Shelter info. Given he's contributed no time, money or effort to the project for 5 years, this sudden burst of interest and accusations I'm withholding stuff is annoying to say the least!:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. The ex thing would drive me to distraction.
Really hope you can resolve things soon.

He's a very bitter man Beanie. I was on the phone over an hour, I kept asking if he'd spoken to his sister or a real accountant. His answer to 15 questions in a row was "Complete my spreadsheet".
He's refusing to meet Dad and me until he has his data and his "expert" has checked it. The data is worthless as it's simply input to our accountant who then corrects all my mistakes and inputs everything the correct categories for tax purposes.
I've explained that by the time he forces me to legally evict all tenants, put all the properties up for sale, keep paying mortgages etc we'll lose every penny in equity...but his "expert" may be stupid enough to advise that.
Somebody want to remind me why I get stressed :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
