Happy Belated Birthday xxx
Please see a DR about that pain as it could be an infection from the seroma...I got cellulitis from mine being drained.
Your tennants..good luck to him trying to prove illegal eviction as the council are your witness that he told them he'd left..how stupid is he?
Don't know how you keep your head with these idiots..I'd have thrown in the towel and sold up ages ago if it was me0 -
Thanks Taxi.
Pain's gone again now, just back to being achey rather than a knife.
Tenant is an eejit so I'm writing a pre-emptive letter to the various Council departments, together with photographs. I even asked him if he wanted to move back in and he said he'd moved out!!! What in the name of the wee man I'm I meant to do?
I'd sell them in a heart beat if we could even cover the mortgages but with the collapse of the market up here I'd lose on every single one, plus legal fees etc. I'm hoping if I hang on for a bit longer then things may even out. Galling part is I'm paying for any shortfalls while ex does nothing. When it comes to a payout he still gets half of any profits...I wish I was able to be that useless and get away with it :A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Letter written to mad-tenant with all the copy documentation she wanted.
Email sent to various Council departments explaining Hash-tenant had moved out, didn't want to move back in and here are the pictures of the state the place was left in. He intended to use the place as a storage facility while he lived elsewhere. Now he's trying to do me for illegally evicting him :A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -

Well up bright and earlyish to get the house in order before we go on hols tomorrow.
Kittens are staying with Grandad (I know I know) and Husky is coming with SB and me.
Washing is almost completely up to date but last nights dishes are still to be done. I've an episode of Lewis taped on the box so I think I'll employ the "work in the adverts" trick. Worked yesterday when I got the two letters done.
District nurse should be here soon to check my line before I go. Hopefully it plays ball or I'll have to drive up to the hospital and let them try.:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
The work in the adverts trick is a great one ..... much used in my house, but only on live shows, IM afraid I make use of the fast forward on Sky+-ed stuff !
Have a lovely holiday and I hope the midges dont get youIts just a bad day, Not a bad life .. :cool:0 -
Thanks Mara. I cheat on recorded shows and put them on pause so advert trick and "just do 15 minutes" get mashed together.
Nurse has been, line behaved itself so no hospital visit required :j
Last load of washing on and dishes all done. Now we just need to eat whats remaining in the fridge. So left over sweet and sour plus salad for lunch and roasted veg pasta for dinner.
Enough milk for a couple of cups of tea so that will have to do.
Afternoon- Put washing away
- Pack

I don't understand why your ex isn't helping to pay for buildings from which he will profit if they sell? Seems bl00dy unfair to me.
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
