Just wondering say you purchase two packs of XXXXX that are on BOGOF, you pay for this then take one of the items back for a refund? having loaded the freebie into your car.

Would you be fully entitled to a refund?

If prices were correct then you wouldnt see any faces in front of you....would you?

Yeah you'd think they would rotate the CSA's a bit more, gets a bit boring repeatedly winning the same arguements with the same old faces, either that or get the pricing correct in the first place.

update on my post from yesterday, No. 894.
i have this morning spoken to cs ho. apparently it is up to the store managers discrection if i was to have full refund and all 3 games plus dvd.
store manager was still taking the same stance, but customer services have just told me that there is a nice gift card in the post to the value of the other two xbox games.
mmm. wonder what to do with the giftcard..........

No we will probbaly be way to busy to post on here... what with dealing with Trading Standards, Consumer Direct and Advertising Standards over Tescos pricing problems...

Can't see Tesco gloating when all those R&Rers start flooding TS with reports of misleading price indications. :rotfl::T

except munt, you and i both know that it won't happen.

There are a few on here that may place the value of correct pricing over getting something free but the majority on here are here for whatever they can get and as there is no financial gain to be had in contacting consumer direct (TS) with complaints we know very well it wont happen in the volume that it needs to in order for TS to act.
