Sweet. Did he run over your dog or sleep with your spouse?
Or perhaps the other way round
Oh and its a lame on line petition that you have obviously knocked up your self. Fancy not remembering...do I win £5?Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -

I politely inform them that by law the goods must be suitable for their purpose, if they're not they will come back I don't expect a refund but I will expect a replacement
:-) I was told this by an assistant who handed over a dual handset DECT telephone set and DAB radio overcharged by £20 or so. "That's hardly fair, I protested". "not really, you've just got a £150 radio & phone for nothing" was the response. I thought she might have fobbed me off with a broken/returned one, but it's working just fine! Still, there's a 2 year guarantee on it, so there's still time. Considering it's made by Binatone, I'm not holding my breath!0 -

There are a few on here that may place the value of correct pricing over getting something free but the majority on here are here for whatever they can get and as there is no financial gain to be had in contacting consumer direct (TS) with complaints we know very well it wont happen in the volume that it needs to in order for TS to act.
I will have no hesitation to report unlawful trading to TS and the press. I've done it before (not just to Tesco) and I will do it again - it's our civic duty.
You might be right about volume, but believe me, the frequency will be sufficient.0 -

It's taken him three months though. Only other post was an equally insipid personal attack on Mr Kelly back in November.
It's not even a petition, just a page set up to post anonymous rants :rotfl:Can I help?0 -

Yeah...I have been a big fan of the Beanster since he advised us that there was "more to follow". Only thing that has kept me here through the lean times...
Only another 3 months to go till the next post. Dunno how I will survive :rolleyes:Who or what was I before you came in to my life

hi all,
First time have checked out this thread, could somebody tell me the procedure they go through.
Do you buy the item then go back to the till later with receipt or go to customer service and talk to them.
What do you actually say to them when you get there?
I think this is a great loophole and would like to try it out but I dont think Iv'e got the nerve.
Do you go to different store or have the chhek to use the same one all the time!0 -

The Policy board clearly states
"This does not affect your Statutory Rights".
So bringing back cos you dont like it doesnt apply, but all the rest does.Couponing....."every little hurts"

Panasonic 37" HD PlasmaTV with Cabinet
White SEL £1499.99......out of date Yellow A5 POS £1099.99
Model number TH37PX60CAB
I wasnt able to confirm this, but it the same dated ood SEL that I got the Symphonic combis on today.
I only had £1200 in my pocket....I didnt expect the "biggie" I carried this £1200 for would be £1600, and my CC was at home.
The Opticians, Chemists, and clothing desks were all closed, both the self scanners were broken, The SS tills were closed and there were only two tills open...no where to try and scan the video case.
I am known in this store, and as HO would no doubt be involved with this, its possibly just as well I didnt have the cash.
Will go back tomorrow with support to see if its still on.
Good luck if anyone gets this.Couponing....."every little hurts"
