Yes...When Mr T "knows you", its hard to give false details if youve paid using a Credit Card.....I buy(coupon) everything inTescos using cash, and no clubcard.

lead, I'd go back first thing tomorrow and go for it yourself mate, you deserve it. Take some back-up in the form of a witness, take pics of the SEL, cover every angle... wire yourself up with a mic or record it on your mobile if need be... then when you get the usual crap just sue the !!!!!!s and I'll certainly help you out with that side of things if you want. Past cases suggest they'll cave in once court papers are issued.

I wasnt able to confirm this, but it the same dated ood SEL that I got the Symphonic combis on today.

I only had £1200 in my pocket....I didnt expect the "biggie" I carried this £1200 for would be £1600, and my CC was at home.

The Opticians, Chemists, and clothing desks were all closed, both the self scanners were broken, The SS tills were closed and there were only two tills open...no where to try and scan the video case.


I am known in this store, and as HO would no doubt be involved with this, its possibly just as well I didnt have the cash.

Will go back tomorrow with support to see if its still on.

You go through the till with your item, then go to CS, inocently saying, "I think i may have been overcharged"......they(and you) then go to look for the lower priced SEL.

On returning to the desk, say nothing, wait to see what you are offered, if the offer you the difference, tell them you would rather haave, what is stated in their policy(pont to policy board).

Be calm, you may have more arguments to put up than this though.
