Be a nice end to the policy having loads of MSErs turning up in his store. Especially once we say "we were told to shop elsewhere by one of your employees, glad we didnt though as he also said his store is full of misprices!" :rotfl:

Following an Extraordinary General Meeting (quorum requirements of 7 having been well-exceeded in calling for same) it has been DECIDED that the mser24/7 Special will depart from all points North, South, East and West to arrive at T(roll-On)E's happily identifiable store between now and Sunday.

To encourage full democratic user participation, transport will be Gratis(FloFlo having already negotiated with Sir Terry a special Petrol misprice until 26 Feb). However, boarding passes will be required, in the form of Tesco Olympic event suggestions. Ben500 is thus guaranteed choice of seat on 1st coach.

How about the 50m staff relay?

Who can get tesco staff to walk the furthest from the safety zone (CS desk) this can be spread between multiple CS staff as long as they are carrying the baton (OOD SEL)

Havent ironed out the details just yet, maybe you can get bonus points or something, maybe for having them carry something heavy, going down busiest aisles or the like?
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

How's about just letting the people get on with what is not a very well paid job?

  • Do I conclude you are all going to come and visit my store? How wonderful, I will be delighted to meet and greet you all from 10pm onwards tonight!

Have a little browse round and see what you can find. The probability is that you'll spend money, so I've certainly highlighted Tesco's power to continue to drag people into their stores!

You really dont know us very well at all do you?

I'm fairly sure it would be strictly R&Rs and toiletries (through coupons obviously) for everyone! (Bags I get all the sanex)

I wouldnt spend a penny in your store, especially if what I've heard about the toilets is correct.

Come on in! I'd love to serve you! :):p It'll save me posting on here, but I am looking forward to talking to you all in person.

I can hear it now "this is a staff announcement, duty manager to Customer Service Desk...customer enquiry, customer waiting, customer angry..thank you!"

I am pleased to announce that from 11pm 19 February 2007 there will be notification on the top of each till receipt informing customers that our refund policy has changed and is being rolled out during this week with all stores adopting the new policy by MONDAY 26 FEBRUARY 2007.

The immoral (golden R+R) people of this world have finally succeeded in pushing Tesco to withdraw this policy to the detriment of the genuine customers most pleased when they are informed they will receive a refund and be allowed to keep the product.

I am looking forward to "regular ""Customers""" faces when I inform them they will no longer be receiving their R+R, and will simply be receiving double the difference overcharged.

I never believed R+Ring was a way of "moneysaving", and I still do not. I invite you to shop at Sainsbury's, ASDA and Somerfield from now on.

    Tom

...and before anyone else says it, I'm simply giving my personal views about the withdrawal of the policies and my mixed feelings about it.

Wrong again TE, I got one at 4pm yesterday with my diesel, some people reported them earlier than that.

That certainly wont worry this "Disciple of the Goldens"

Are you so niave that you think your regulars will still expect an RandR.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
