  • I'm giving my opinion on the policy changes from an employee's perspective, and I'm being flamed.

    Anyway...back to the misprices...

Sorry, I was feeding the troll, text removed.

  • You can only reiterate something you have made clear. The key point is your view, not Tesco's. You post as if your opinion is company policy. That is not the case. To suggest otherwise is to invite confrontation.

I regret if you felt it invited confrontation. I hope everyone's clear now that I simply feel strongly about the policy being abused and have mixed feelings about its withdrawal. Please don't come into my store and kill me  ..I'm nice really.

5307 - I've just glanced through my receipts and it seems I took a PSP Value Pack and Game of the Week (Tekken) off your hands. I remember it well in fact. A bunch of staff and managers ganged up on me like a pack of wolves. That was the one where I called Dundee from the payphone inside your store and they called the CS desk to give them strict instructions to do the R+R. One of the staff even lied to HO about what the POS said. I seem to remember one of your staff swore at me when they gave me the R+R (something along the lines of "you're taking the f***ing p*** and I don't want to see your face in here again), to the surprise of a few other customers stood nearby.

Yes, you're clearly still quite bitter about it.

Lol! I am shocked by what you're telling me, I get on with all the staff in my store and I feel disgusted that they would feel swearing at any customer is acceptable. I would never do such a thing, I am friendly, remember!:p
