Why would you want to?

Take your business to an organisation that is more deserving - Mr T clearly doesn't want it, why should you want to give it?

I contacted Customer Services Dundee this morning, and asked what their correct overcharge policy is, due to a number of local stores have both Double difference and R&R signs up at same time......

.... She (claimed) that she was unaware of any double difference policy (!!??) and that at present it is company policy for a full r&r if overcharged. She did also mention that a small group of people are r&ring on a regular basis for personal gain LOL.
She was also apparently unaware of the press articles over the weekend.
So if anyone has been given double difference today I would go back for your r&r (I have name and extension number of customer service assistant!)

BTW got r&r from my local goldmine today - wish double difference was in, dvd stickered 19.97 charged a whapping 49.99 lol:eek:

Yeh,you can't......... just go somewhere else for 6 weeks or so, then ease your way back in, Ive RandRed in one of mine, and couponed in both......and spoken to the guys who banned me in both

They see thousands of people every week, you may not forget them, but they'll forget you.

Ringing HO gives them the chance to record your details, with the possibility of a national ban.

Hi - I am new to this website any shop weekly at Tescos and have repeatedly been over charged, spotted it and got myself correctly charged without knowing their refund policy....I am owed a refund !!!.

Any tips on what to look out for this weekend?

Well I was watching the documentary I could spot the stockport extra I was on the phone for the first 15 minutes but heard a little about the over sized store whichI was aware of while I was on hold.

Thet chimney in the background, I was then seeing stores have been to, its scary the number of different stores I have been to on my travels I just call in when I'm passing.
