TV documentaries are bolox, they will come up with links to things that are just circumstantial but will constantly remind you about it throughout.
The football bungs one is still grating on me. All proven to clear Sam Alerdyce but no apology from the BBC.
I will watch tonight but everything will be taken with a pinch of salt. Now back to the xbox

It is unfortunate that it is the british way of life that when something (in any walk of life) is successful it is going to get knocked - it will be interesting to see if Tesco were given the opportunity to respond in the same manner with which they are probably going to be attacked in the programme!
Following on, i certainly do not see Tesco as a perfect company and am under no illusions that certain practices could be much better however is it the evil giant that many seem keen to make out.... well that is a matter of personal opinion i guess but the number of people that shop there each week kind of show most peoples opinion.
Given that the vast majority of these people can't possibly check their receipt on each visit and even if they do, know nothing about the refund policy, I'm not sure it's the sort of demographic I would necessarily want to be associated with a point I was trying to prove. :rolleyes:0 -

Seems everyone is watching the Tesco Show on telly. I've got it on but it's stating the obvious really....I get bored easily so my mind wandered back to rockyrose's post. She posted that when giving DTD today, the CSA had marked the receipt 'overcharge' or whatever.
That will be VERY interesting when we need to return something for the promised no-quibble refund, because we've changed our mind within 28 days. I take it CSAs have not been told to note the AMOUNT of the difference on the receipt? Doh, Mr T have dropped another clanger IMHO, what's to stop a customer saying 'oh yes, the difference was 3p' (when it was £6)?
Following on the heels of the Golden and then the Silver, have I discovered the bronze R&R?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I can confirm 3 out of the 3 receipts I got when I was testing their new policy for them do not anywhere state the amount refunded. With all of the amounts in excess of what they should have been (1 wildly so) you are indeed right in your assumption that they will indeed have scored an own goal if they continue to a. employ people who cannot do simple arithmetic and b. cannot use calculators properly.:A NI FEIDIR ACH LE DIA BREITHIUNAS A DHEANAMH ORM0 -

Where a disguise.
Go to another store.
Get someone to go in for you.
Beg - no, no, no.
Or write to Head Office asking for official confirmation of the reason why you were banned, tell them you have just watched a television about their company and are wondering if the media might be interested in your story.0
