Reading the first few posts on page one of this thread may help you.Couponing....."every little hurts"
Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Well basically, the last coke offer was £6.95, and the coke was flashed £6.95, the next batch came in flashed £7.25........but were put out under the old sel of £6.95, as the people putting them out didnt realise that a new sel should have gone out with the new stock.
While I agree that some misprices are "robbing" people, the coke is not an example of that, as the price should really be £7.25............it was the SEL that was wrong.
I never claimed I'd been overcharged, I told them I'd been charged more than was stated on the SEL.
OK, so you were charged more than was stated on the SEL. (you don't tell us what you were charged BTW)
You state that the SEL was 6.95, so that's an overcharge, right? Am I losing it here or what, all I ask is that you come back to me on this one?0 -
jays wrote:Wonder how much this rumoured change is costing them - they should put the money into checking their prices - only took me 5 mins to check an electrical dept today and find an ood sel, shouldn't be difficult.
Hope you've posted it on the misprice only thread then.Couponing....."every little hurts"

he said he wasnt overcharged he said the price was different than the sel
the sel had the old price
the cokes had the right prices on0 -
The boxes were price marked £7.25, therefore they scanned at that price, old SEL left on @ £6.95. Therefore he was charged a higher price than either on the product or on the shelf (on the occasion the higher price was on the product) but TESCO were displaying it for £6.950

Read post #1, that is what constitutes an OVERCHARGE!?
i.e. Steak SEL 13.XX Pack Marked 16.XX
How's that any different from this COKE scenario?!?!?!?!?!?!
n.b The lack of further contribution to this from leadhead the original poster who knows he wrote a pile of poo0 -

There are two SELs one right one wrong, re was charged the correct one so tecnically he was not overcharged, however the failure to remove an old sel means that he can claim his money back, by not being overcharged.
It doesn't really matter does it.I had a plan..........its here somewhere.0
