I never claimed I'd been overcharged, I told them I'd been charged more than was stated on the SEL.

Come on how come being charged more than what was stated on the SEL is not an overcharge? Is that not just what we look for?!

I've said before I don't agree with this, but call me what you want, but IMO, Tesco staff who let these customers do it, ie by leaving tickets up, flyers laying around, banners hanging up etc, day after day, well sorry, you are a numpty, these staff members are responsible for losing Tesco money. Not the R&R,

Dont know where you get this "trolly filling" evidence from, but Ive never RandRed the same thing in the same store....ever.

Sorry I am guilt of that one same store same CS, she even told the person on the particular aisle that she had asked for the correct prices to be put out earlier in the week. She obviously wasn't that observant as she didn't notice it was the same guy.:D

I have definitely read a post or two in the past about a certain person who reckoned they loaded up their trolley with a mispriced Fosters 2 4 6 quid. They said they hamered the shop and others to the point they said they felt paranoid the security guard was watching their every step.

As someone earlier previously stated, mistakes are made so how I see it is although a higher price is charged Tesco seem to be willing to adjust that immediately. As I stated earlier what other retailers get the same treatment as Tesco ? few I expect due to their lack of an R&R policy.

Or could be that no other retailers are so aggresive in the price changes and marketting, and therefore make a lot less mistakes.............but also wont be noticed as much because of the lack of RandR.

Ps..it isnt fraud..........Coupons accepted by Tescos are then legal tender, we offer them, they are accepted.
