A bit of both really I am a customer but I have family that work for tesco (if that counts).0 -
Feels like the Titanic's last 20 mins on here tonight.0

Can you explain what you mean by this? Do you mean where products are located in the store?0 -

With the alleged "Double The Difference" there will still be rich pickings to be made on certain overcharges, some of them even better than R+R.
But since these high value overcharges will be rarer, I suspect many of the R+R community will turn to professional coupon fraud to mitigate their losses. I believe there is a good living to be made from this.
As for the bread and butter shopping, I'll be getting it from Sainsburys and Morrisons as the quality of product and customer service is generally higher than Tesco.0 -

Being honest with you, I've not r&r'd a great deal, but this policy did give me the confidence to shop in Tesco - I've spent a lot of money in store, as have a lot of aquaintances - people who have gone looking for r&r's - they get the occasional one but nothing big - but that's what attracts them to go shopping in Tesco.
I doubt they will shop there, and without the policy there doesn't seem any point for me to go either. Tesco are no longer the market leader with regards to customer satisfaction as far as I am concerned.0 -

The SD and Shrink & Security manager both confirmed that the policy will be changing from week 1 (we're now in week 51), due to sites such as this and abuse (I'm sorry, but that's exactly what it is) of what started out as a customer service policy.
Considering it hasn't been rolled out to stores in their orange bag yet, exactly how would you expect some evidence.
As for your dvds, you wouldn't have been getting free dvds under the new policy, they'll be making it watertight against those I've heard called 'gentlemanly thieves' :rotfl:
Thanks, and I'll be equally honest, I dont think any of the serial RandRers will dispute that it IS abuse, and deliberate. What some of us would like to know, is why after RandRing the same thing for a month, doesn't Mr T put it right......isn't that abuse too?Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

and can anybody explain to me, why Tesco is 1 month ahead of the tax year?
Appologies for being OT.Quotes in context only please.0
