Ok, Ive just spoken to someone in the marketing dept and aired my views. She went off to speak to someone in customer services. She came back and said that the customer services dept was closed but she had spoken to a manager of some sort. Apparently they are looking into a way to resolve the problem as they have had other complaints of the same nature. She said that we will all be hearing from Aquafresh again, probably via email and probably tomorrow. So if I havent heard from them by 3pm tomorrow I will be calling again to see where we stand!
I didn't let on that we are all in communication, I think we should save that as our 'trump card' if all else fails!0 -
