I have sent three emails no reply please can someone let me know the email they are getting corresponsdence from?

The tel no for that address is listed as 02080475000 and there's a couple of email addresses - customer.relations@gsk.com or customer.enquiries@gsk.com

These email addresses are probably more for general queries about their products but might be worth having in reserve in case no reply from the one you've responded to

It should mean that you get in both places for free if used in the same day? Well at least that is how I have taken it, as I was going to go to London and go Eye/Madame Tussauds/Dungeons

I think I will be right, because a Merlin pass is to all attractions unlimited - so fingers crossed

Received this email this morning, which im delighted about as i don't have a cineworld near me.

On the Merlin pass site there is no mention of day passes???

It will be a voucher for a family of four to exchange for entry at one of Merlins attractions. I am thrilled with this and will take my family to Thorpe Park for the day as they have been asking to go for a while. I think Aquafresh have been amazing and handled this promptly and have done their best to compensate us all accordingly.
