I am just on the phone now to trading standards, next it will be the gambling commission and then watchdog... and then GSK! I'm like a dog with a bone once i get going :rotfl:
I called GSK this morning to see what had happened to my voucher that was promised in 3 days, and the lady tried to fob me off, i asked if there was a problem and she said 'oh no, its just that over 100 people were sent the winning email and they are today working out how many vouchers they needed to send etc'.
Basically, the way i see it is, its there mistake and they should honour it by getting us the merlin passes. Its only 100+ people, not a lot of money for such a big company, especially as lots of dissappointed children is not good for company reputation.
Yes, they do have a facebook page, i think if we are unsuccessful we should target that!
Will post as soon as ive got any more info!0 -
hey you never know we might still win the comp when its really drawn! I would of been happy with a family ticket for Chessington as way of compensation, the cinema trip isn't so good for me as nearerest one I think is at the O2 london but I can't see them coming back with a better offer, they probably didn't technically have to offer anything at all, not sure what the legal stance is but I dare say somewhere in the t&c's they reserve the right to change or withdraw prizes so I think its just one of those things unfortunately however gutting it isThanks to all posters and contributers :beer:0

            Keep us updated helliesin
The Cineworld is right on the otherside of the city here (would rather have toothpaste
) , as others have said, would it really hurt their profits to honour the winners? 0 -
