Aquafresh Merlin Family Pass

Not sure about this one...

5 minutes I signed up on the aquafresh site to enter their competition to win a merlin annual family pass and then moments later I had a confirmation and then a second email saying I'd won. Seems a little quick as I didn't think the comp had finished - anyone else have this??

The email says they'll send me a voucher through the post that I'll need to get exchanged when I get to a Tussauds attraction for a Merlin Pass.

I think it's a mistake...

yes me and my friend had it aswell.
Because we have e-mails saying we have won they should honour it, shouldn't they?

I received this email too .... Strange - must have set their auto emails up wrong.

I would have thought so. Someone on here the other day said a similar thing happened with a different company and they honoured it.

If I don't get anything in the post in the next 3 days I will email them and try and get something for it

Oh No! I have told my Cousin and her little boy they can share the pass with me and my daughter because it's for 2 Adults and 2 Children! I hope aquafresh honours it!

I got one of these as well, got excited for a bit then realised

Thank you so much for posting this OP.
I, too, received the congratulatory email. I really hope they honour it. I had just entered then I received the email and I wasn't going to tell my daughter until it arrived. But she saw the email and is now extremely exited.

Ive just registered and not received the 2nd email so you never know if there isnt many they may honour it! Fingers crossed for you they do!
