its a no reply email address though so wouldnt know who to reply to, not sure what to think really as I guessed from the start it was an error and I wouldnt get a Merlin pass but still really really gutted about it.

Its a no reply email - I will be emailing them on the addy in earlier post. They are a large company and really should honour the emails or at least make a slightly better effort with the consolation option.

I just used the contact us section which you can get to if you click on the competition link in the OP, somewhere at the bottom you will see contact us and it brings up a form. Not sure who it goes to though

They could have offered us a Merlin pass for just one person at least :rotfl:As above I used the form at bottom of competition site to send a message.

or a family ticket to one of the attractions for a single visit

Well no cineworld near me, a pretty poor offering. We be emailing as there isn't any point them emailing the codes over. Gutted

I think deep down I knew they wouldn't give them to us, but a family pass is that for 1 trip to the cinema or like a yrs lol

I think it's a one vist....we have 1 of them cinemas not to far from us, so least can see a film for free......will get nanny to have LO overnite make the tickets even better

Thou I have to say I do feel so sorry for all the kids that thought they had a year of free fun ahead
