Thanks was hoping to use it next weekend but maybe not! i wonder if they will send it out after the winner of the main draw is announced? not sure if to go alton towers or thorpe park will be great to have a free day out though!

just got an e-mail saying you have to ring a number and book the exact date and they are only valid for 2011 which is no good to me!

How to claim:
Follow these simple steps to enjoy a family day out on us…

1. Call 01865 877711 and quote your name, postal address and this unique reference number: XXXXXX.
2. Let the operator know your preferred date and venue from the list of fantastic attractions available, please see below.
3. We’ll then send you the confirmation in the post with a code that you’ll be able to use to collect your tickets at the gate of your chosen venue on the day. This confirmation letter will need to be produced when picking up your Merlin Family Day Passes. Ticket codes can only be sent to the address you supplied to the Aquafresh Club at the time of the registration.

Don’t miss out!
Make sure you claim by 31 October 2011. Your Family Day Pass is valid for the 2011 season only, and some of the attractions close in November (you can access this information online at each individual attraction’s website, but we’ll let you know when you call us, too). Operators will be working from Monday – Friday from 9am until 5pm. To ensure you don’t miss out on the next day delivery service please call before 2pm.

Terms and Conditions

• Merlin Family Day Passes are only open to 2 adults and 2 children.
• The termination date for claiming family passes is 31st October 2011.
• Consumers are required to prove their identity when calling the concierge line to redeem their Merlin Family Day Passes. This is to be done in the form of quoting a unique reference number along with their name and postal address used at the point of registration.
• Preferred venue and date need to be chosen upon calling the concierge booking service by consumers.
• Winners may be asked for proof of age.
• To redeem the Merlin Family Day Passes the consumer is required to call the redemption telephone number on 01865 877711. The concierge service will then book and send postal confirmations with a unique code.
• Tickets will only be sent to the postal address supplied to Aquafresh club at the time of registration.
• To ensure next day delivery reservations are required to be placed before 2pm the previous day. Tickets will then be delivered before 1pm the next day.
• Tickets cannot be redeemed two days in advance of the reservation date.
• The confirmation letter must be produced when picking up family passes at the chosen attraction on the chosen day.
• The day passes are only valid for the 2011 season and during the current Merlin season.
• Closing dates and age restrictions for use at individual attractions vary. These will be confirmed by the concierge booking service at the time of reserving the Family Day Pass. For full details, please go to individual Merlin attraction websites for entry details and restrictions. Please see above for the list of Merlin attractions included in this promotional offer.
• Neither Aquafresh, Merlin nor their agents can be held responsible for fraudulent prize claims. If fraudulent claims are made for Merlin Family Day Passes, Aquafresh reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
• Neither Aquafresh, Merlin nor their agents can be held responsible for any loss, injury etc. that winners might experience during their use of the Merlin Family Day Pass. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of negligence.

Im trying to understand what a 'Inner-London Merlin Day Pass combo' is, does it mean I can book tickets for all the London attractions on the same day? Its a pain that these were only sent on the last Friday of the summer holidays.

Hi all just called them and booked my pass for 26/11/11 and have the London Pass, you have to inform them what attraction you will visit first and roughly time, you then given pass that is valid at London Eye, Madame Tussads, Dungeons and Aquarium and does not matter if you cant do them all in on day as pass is valid for a month.

I booked but the letter came today and i need to bring photo id to claim. i don't have any photo id. I'm not liking Aquafresh at the moment.

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with getting an actual Family Pass for the year? I got a congratulations email on the 14th September, after the closing date of the 12th. Have emailed 3 times to say thank you but not one single reply!!! Only found this thread today

I stupidly didn't check emails as was working nights and responded at 18:45 when they said there deadline to reply was 18:00 on 19/9/11. Didn't get any email back so didn't hold out a lot of hope.... but this morning I've come back to a Merlin Annual Pass voucher on the doormat. Should have been signed for but postie obviously ignored that and shoved it through the letterbox with other mail.
