Heading for winter with Slimming World

 to newbies, lovely to have you on board.
WI for me today and I'd lost a pound so I'm just under target. I'm delighted with this as it sets me up well for my little holiday next week. So if I include the meals out last night and tonight and the M&S pie I bought which we'll probably eat tomorrow and the holiday food I'll probably put on 3 or 4 lbs before next WI.
DH has been such a star, we haven't had a pastry pie for almost exactly a year and he loves them. He's eaten SW without a murmur so that's his treat.... but I'll be joining him:D
My EE menu:
B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat with HEA milk plus teas, banana
L: satsuma and pearflexi, as I'm out celebrating friend's birthday so don't kow what I'll choose yet.
Great stuff! Hope you enjoyed your pie. Have a good holiday. x0 -

Can I join please?
I joined my local Slimming World on Wed and it seems fairly straight forward (although I am a little confused about H, HH, S, SS etc foods????). Anyway, in all honestly I haven't really had time to knuckle down as yet. Work all day yesterday followed by a meeting into the late evening has resulted in me not going shopping yet. We had already planned to have steak fajhitas (kids fav). Still going to have them but instead of having it in a wrap I am going to have it with some savoury rice. Does anyone know how many syns Old El Paso Fajhita Mix will work out at. I'm going to stick with EE I think as it sounds the most straight forward. I will hopefully get out for some shopping this afternoon. Then I will be able to get into the plan propper.
Today I have had some Honey Shreaddies (HEb) with Milk (HEa) for breakfast.
I have a load of stawberries, an apple a banana and a sugar free jelly for lunch as I am hoping to get away early today for shopping. If I have any syns leftover tonight I might even treat myself to a Coors Light, again anyone know how many syns in a standard size bottle?
I am also for a run tonight. I used to be fairly active but I injured me knee a few weeks back which has set me back a bit and I have just given up smoking (day 10 now) so my breathing is a little erratic. I am planning on doing the C25K program but will prob jump in around week 5 as I have a fairly ok standard and I am used to running already. Hopefully this will help shift a few of the pounds.
Anyway sorry for the ramble and thanks in advance for any help.

good evening everyone:A
well done you losers & welcome to the newbies
My doggie sitting duties are done for another week, unfortunately it meant I missed my WI AGAIN on Thursday  as Mr Dizzy had to work late and I was stuck up there at his brothersso I'm still hanging on in here waiting to find out if I'm any closer to claiming that 3.5 stone shiney sticker!
My trial at writing down EVERYTHING that I scoff in an A5 notebook has been a HUGE success for me:T I reckon its definately prompted me to increase my consumption of SF fruits & look more closely at what I'm having each day.
Its been good this week too with *week & doing EE days (I've been soooooo hungry at times and wanting to eat rubbish) so I've grabbed a mugshot - then followed it with a bit of fruit, but witten it down so I know I've kept up with the 1/3 superfree.
Ooooooooh nearly forgot the best news in the world:)
I've finally got my date through for my fitting of the 'magic ear':T:T:j:j:j Thursday 29th September at 10.30am:D
I will be wired for sound !!!!!!!!!!!!:j:j:j I'm sooooooo excited - I'm doing 'virtual' cartwheels round the room :rotfl::rotfl:0
