  • My first WI today, lost 1.5 pounds... not as much as I was hoping but I discovered yesterday I'd been doubling my HEB by accident, and had a couple of 'off' nights which were unplanned... so still happy!

I'm back from my holiday in France, had the best time ever. Was completely off plan though. In a way I kind of enjoyed the freedom of eating whatever I wanted whenever I wanted, with no weighing or planning.
Although I did notice the oddish behaviour it created, nothing major, just that I felt like I needed to eat as much as possible of all the food I've been craving, over the weekend before being back on plan today. It was almost like a weekend long binge.

Hmm was worth it though. Not even going to bother to WI this week, I'm too scared too. Let's just say I started my holiday with breakfast at the airport in Cafe rouge and it was down hill from there really, went to a different pattiserie every day etc.

Was doing fairly well being back on plan this morning. The 5 year old I nanny for was off school ill though so had a really lazy day cuddled up watching tv. She also turned down a malteaster bunny that her mum gave her, she must have been ill! She gave it to me instead and I lost all my will power from the morning and ate it. 8 syns! Was yummy though. Also had extra light salad cream with dinner so 12 syns today.
Hopefully back in routine tomorrow and sticking to plan!
Well done to everyone who has lost!!

I'm over the moon! Lost 3.5 pound, and got my stone and a half award. Worked hard for this one, and i'm soooooo happy to get it before my holiday.

After years of calorie counting, starving, and hardly loosing any weight, I can't believe I can eat so much on SW and lose 1 stone 8 lb in just 7 weeks :D
  • Well I've meant to of being following the SW plan since November but after some losses I went off plan, couldn't get back into it and put even more weight on to be my heaviest ever.

Well I had a really good week this week and have lost 8lbs, which actually means I've lost 2.5lbs on the plan. I'm going to be having another really good week this week and would like my half stone.

I've got a wedding in October and haven't seen the family concerned for a while so hoping I can stun then all with a great loss (they are all skinny minnies!)

Been catching up after being awol for a few days.

So sorry to hear your sad news mm. I'm sure although it's hard for you, you're being a huge support to the family.

Some lovely supportive posts on here in the last few days (as ever:A) and some good losses too.:T

I'e been celebrating my birthday all weekend and eating much what I want. I'm not going to WI this week so hoping by next week I'll be back in my target range.

  • I'm struggling everyone - nothing to do with yesterday's news - I've just been off plan for days and I just can't seem to find the motivation to get myself going again.

I even feel lethargic and my ankles are swollen and I know it's because I've been putting the wrong food in my mouth and not drinking enough water. It seems to happen to me every time I have a loss I go and jeopardize it and then I end up back at square one!

I spent a lot of time last week planning then buying a ton of fruit and veg - it's still sitting in the fridge and a lot of it will have to be tossed! We're going away tomorrow until Sunday to celebrate hubby's 50th and I was looking forward to going walking and running around feeling lighter - now I just feel disgusting.

I start every morning aiming to be good - have my SW breakfast but then by about mid-morning I'm grazing - the fruit and yoghurt just doesn't appeal to me and nothing else good does either.

Sorry, just having a moan and I know I've only got myself to blame and need to pull myself together. I just wish I could lose steadily for a few weeks instead of having one loss a month!
