Evening all :wave::hello:
Its my ikkle mans 18th Birthday today so cake syns galore, went out for meal but was fairly ok meal wise.
B - weetabix h/water/milk [.5a] coffee
Snack - apple
L - mugshot, toms, fruit/yog, b/stick [1], p/white [2.5]
Snack - soup, b/stick [1]
T - steak [fat removed], pots in skins [instead of chips], grilled mushroom, grilled tomato, side salad - leaves, toms, pepper in balsamic dressing. Birthday cake [zillion syns] plus tummy ache
Syns - too manybut son is only 18 once :rotfl:
Hubby has his hawaiian Birthday this year so gawd knows what will happen thenIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Biscuitmad that is a great weight loss. My weight loss was very slow at the start because it took me a while to get my head around the plan so you have done fantastically to pick it up so quickly.
I love thai green curry but avoid it because of coconut milk. Someone recommended buying coconut essence. This is really difficult to find. A friend got it for me out a a specialist food shop otherwise I think you can get it on ebay. So you make up your curry as normal and add the essence to fat free yogurt. Take the curry off the boil and and add the yogurt to the curry. This is very important so the yogurt does not curdle.0 -

Not sure if anyone else has found this...but since being on plan I can't think straight...my head feels all fuzzy...all the time....hmmm
Anyway todya has been another good day...
B = Mini choc chip weetabix (HEB), semi milk (HEA)

S=2 custard creams (?syns)

Walkers sunbites? A/ are they nice? B/ how many syns?
Am doing a shop and want something savoury but low syns. Not overly keen on velvet crunch, made my mouth sore.

i have mental blood sugar and i can get like this when it goes and i'm about to faint. are you eating enough and eating regularly to keep your blood sugar level?
if it carries on, id go and see a doctor. you shouldn't feel like that all the time.0 -

Today's food:
B - (hotel) grilled bacon & baked beans. Pear & Banana
L - (working buffet lunch) 2 small triangle sandwiches, brown bread with tuna & cucumber (it looked like there was a scraping of spread and some kind of dressing on tuna); 2 chicken skewers (spiced chicken breast, peppers & tomato); Pear
S - Sharon Fruit
D - (hotel) Sweet potato & pumpkin soup without cream swirl or croutons & no bread roll! Fillet steak & steamed veg (brocolli, cauliflower, carrots & mante tout; Blueberries & grapes
