Afternoon all.. first weigh in for me (since back on track) and i've lost 5lbs.. pleased with that but i do think my start weigh included a lot of pizza weight from the night before :rotfl:
On the sausage discussion - has anyone tried the skinny lizzie sausages they do at Morrisons? they are quite low in syns and lovely (and big!) they're the best sausages i've tried in a long time..
Flat Eric - If we want a treat sometimes we do a chinese "buffet" and make our own SW versions of chinese meals we enjoy.. i.e. chow mein, yuk sung, chicken curry, egg fried rice, SW chips, stir fry veg, pork in SW BBQ sauce etc.. we also save some syns for prawn crackers  To be honest i prefer this to the chinese takeaway because i'm tight and i don't want to pay £3 for some rice!! :rotfl:
Meal plan for the week(just going to put it on here for my own purposes so i don't lose it)

Friday - Chips(my treat cos i'm at work late)

Hello
Can I get back in/on the tank again please?? I fell off over the summer hols (teacher!!) and feel like a snowman again (Large round bottom!!!:p). To be honest, the naughtiness started before the hols, my energy levels were soooo low on the wind down and I was moving classroom, and I had Yr6 who needed containing and and and, well, I was just poop!!
So, today has been the last day of naughtiness, but hasn't been too bad. I start tomorrow, with avengence...
Today:
B - Sausage (1), bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, toast (HEB)
L - Onion Ring Crisps (7??), Cup a soup (3??), Pogen (4) and cheese (0.5 HEA)
T - Roast Lamb, Veggie Mountain:D (cabbage, swede, carrot, cauli runner beans), SF Roasties, Yorkies (2) Gravy (2) and HM Rice Pud (0.5 HEA)
Sooo, 19 syns (see why I need to be back on the tank!!!) - but it could have been worse.... (oh, did I mention the curly wurly??? (6)...) Now we are at 25 syns - bum
Posting in here does make you think doesn't it!!
