3 Krisprolls are one HEBxxx Nikki xxx0 -
Saidan - You have lost over a stone and are keeping me inspired to lose! Your digestion issues are worse than mine so if you can do it I can do it
Maybe your body will be confused and think that the liquid is water and won't take in any calories? (work with me here
)
Todays Menu for me - RED (my HEA's go a bit weird, I'd be glad of some help with this please anyone!)
B - Rice Krispies & sugar (6 syns), 111ml skimmed milk, 120ml semi-skimmed for cups of tea in the day. Generally class these 2 different milks as one HEA.
L - 2 x Nimble white, turkey, light spread (2 syns), rolled up turkey slices stuffed with 3 x Extra light laughing cow (1/2 HEA), jelly (0.5 syn), 2 mini gingerbread men (2 syns)
D - Tablespoon of mash (1 syn), Portabello mushroom stuffed with 1 Babybel light (1/2 HEA), Chicken wrapped in bacon stuffed with 1 x Extra light laughing cow and 42g of Mozarella light <-- assuming I have to syn this bit as I've gone way over my A's for today?0 -
well done you! :j
so thats about 2lbs a week you want to loose....im sure you will do it...good luck...i want to be at target by 4th july...so i think april will tell the tale
Thanksyour sig is always quite a spur on for me to keep going!
Last post! Do those who have got a Wii find them good for weight loss/toning?
Asking as parents asked if there is anything I'd like for my birthday next month and I've been wondering if I'd use one.
Do you need loads of space? I'd have to use mine in my bedroom as lounge tv always in use but I've not a lot of floor space. I'd like the fitness one and the zumba but worried it's a lot to spend if I don't use it much as they are around £100.
Visions of me tripping over the guinea pig and hamster cages trying to zumba in my room:rotfl:
I haven't used Zumba on the wii, just on kinect but you do need quite a lot of room for it, don't think a bedroom would cut itfrom what I remember of just standard wii fit though, that doesn't need too much room. That's probably not much help...
I've eaten so much today!
B apple, banana
L beefy tomatoey peppery stew thing
D prawn and sweet corn spicy soup with added spinach and garlic and chilli
Pudding blackberries, grapes, melon, satsuma, total 0%
Snack orange, fibre plus heb, babybel hea, 1 lindor (4), penguin (5.5)
Also did 50 minute fitness ball workout
Think I'll give the fruit a rest tomorrow!"Empires are not brought down by outside forces, they are destroyed by weaknesses from within."0 -

Do you think there's something in this??? Did you buy the audiobook in the UK or did you order it from the US? If you bought it in the UK can you tell me where as I might also treat myself to it when I'm there next month.lobush - well done! :T
bad news here for me - told today by the dieticain that i have to go on a fluid diet for a week or so - my bowel needs a rest.
so i'm on high calorie complan  and dietician will phone wednesday to see how i'm doing.
i came home and scoffed a cadbury caramel in defiance
saidan
Awww Saidan, I can't say I blame you re the caramel! Hope your bowels soon learn to behave.
I had a nice treat today, went to the nearest town where there's a fish stall in the market who does "casual dining" at a little cafe attached to his stall; all fish-related plus wine! I had a glass of red (he hasn't had red on the menu before) and a plate of scottish smoked fish on a huge bed of salad including cherry tomatoes and cucumber and celery and tasty green bits (ie NOT lettuce) and I told him not to bring bread because it always looks so lovely and home made that I simply have to eat some! Ooooh I did feel healthy and virtuous. Then I popped into Julian Graves for a bag of horseradish broad beans which were very good but I was to cowardly to check the Kcals in it. sorry.:o:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

I'm trying to sort out a meal plan for next week so I can go shopping tomorrow and it's driving me mental!! I know it's not rocket science but it gets me tearing my hair out every time I do it!! At this rate I'll be thin and bald!!
I look at the meal plans on sw website, I've got about a years worth of magazines etc but seem to be totally lacking insperation! If I don't plan in advance then it all goes t*ts up but how do I know what I want to eat next week?!!? I cant just buy stuff in and decide that day what to make because I end up wasting too much which is an expensive waste and it has to fit round various activities after school/work!! Grrrrr!:mad:
Right, rant over I'm off to plan something fabulous!! :rotfl:
