Well done to all the losers.
I love the idea of carrying bags of sugar around - that would certainly focus the mind! I'm going to try it when I get home.
Question: How do you all manage to eat so little? When you list your foods I think I could never manage on so little (obviously the reason I need to lose weight) lol.
i dont eat so little....i eat so lot....i would be embarrased almost to post my food diary, people i work with cannot fathom what i eat...and still loose weight. :eek:but i follow the SW plan, i think its the sheer volume i eat, no portion control for me

Maybe we should just all bombard them with emails [STRIKE]complaining[/STRIKE] offering improvements. i would join online if the website was better and especially the food diaries on there are awful to use...evilsquid1603 wrote: »lol we should!
I thought 'what a good idea!', so I went on the site and looked for 'Contact Us' and.......you've guessed!:rotfl::rotfl:Well done to all the losers.

What you're forgetting Minihauk is that we don't post portion sizes;) and the glory of SW is that as long as you eat free and SF foods you can eat as much as you like!
Oh and question from me: WHY would I have 25 bags of sugar hanging around my house?:D:rotfl:0 -
i would need 35+ bags of sugar! Not going to happen!
I am reliably assured that having lost in the region of 5 stone that is your average 7-9 yearold!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

First weigh in tomorrow!.....Really hoping that it will go well, although because I started this week my social invitations have hit a high, typical. Anyway i was out last night and had veg broth to start, steak, crushed pots and mushrooms, and no dessert, but 2 glasses of wine! So not too bad, and luchtime today I had a baked pot with smoked bacon.0

What am I doing wrong - have been going to SW for 6 weeks and have lost 6lb - don't get me wrong - yes it's going down but a pound a week - really? And a sneaky peak today (yeah I know I shouldn't) is showing a flipping gain!!
Can someone look at my menu for today and see if they can see anything obviously wrong.

Nikkisun I'm not an expert but looks like not enough superfree fruit & veg? DK what's in the quiche and curry of course.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

The quiche and curry are both stuffed with superfree veg as I don't really like veg so find it best to 'hide' it in something rather than have it on the side iykwim!xxx Nikki xxx0
