LO doesn't like SW chips - he says they taste of peas :rotfl:

McCains Rustic chips ( more like wedges really) are quite low syn. He could dip his in ketchup but you don't have to!!;)

I came on here to post my menu, but got dsitracted:

B:NAS squash, fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, HEB toast, HEA mil for teas
L: sardines on toast, pickled cabbage
D: SW chicken curry, chips and rice
Syns: weekend wine:j and may have a bhaji or samosa

Happy Anniversary Saidan, enjoy your break in the Principality.

Well doing on getting off the weight again so quickly. I post on the comps board, old style and debate house prices (sometimes).

i need some advice on what you would all do in this situation. i like to put a dash of aromat in my scrambled eggs and I've just looked it up and it's syned.

however, it only gives a value of 7 1/2 for the whole 90g tube. all i use is a dash. one tube def gives more than 7 uses and its lasted us 10 months (bought it when we moved in here) so i can confidently say its more than 15 which rules out realistically counting 0.5 syn for a dash.

but what on earth do i count for it? its def less than 0.5, but counting like 0.25 of a syn or less just seems silly to me?

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Me too, I feel the same about Actifry, I've been told 20 calories = 1 syn generally butI do about 5 sprays when I make a spag bol so really that should be a quarter of a syn - I just ignore it :)
