    Hi all

Well I weighed myself this morning as I said I would and am not happy still I put it on and it is up to me to take it off

As I am not going to meetings can I ask if someone can have a look at this to see if I am on the right track as I am going by memory at the moment until I have 5 mins to dig out my books

    Today meals have/will be

    B 28g porridge, milk HEA
L 1/2 tin baked beans, 1 wholemeal bread from 800g loaf so HEB
D Home made thick vegetable soup, potatoes, onions, courgettes, carrots, suede, leeks and a tin of tomatoes

    Snacks banana, fat free mullerlight
Syns may have a small spiced rum with diet coke or two

Does this look alright for a GREEN do you think? I would be grateful if anyone can take the time to look

    Thanks and good luck everybody

I don't do green days often (although I am today coincidentally!) but I would say you need another HEB and could have another HEA if you felt the need. Although not strictly needed a bit more fruit would probably fill you up too .............or is that just because I'm a self confessed piggy wig?

  • OK so not a bad day for me (perhaps too many syns) and managed to drink just over 1.5 litres of water but no exercise (actually worse than none - I've sat at the computer practically the whole day except for a breakfast mtg!)!

    I think it's "green"

B- chopped mixed salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato), 2 slices w/m bread, 2 tblspns techina, roasted aubergines, roasted sweet potato, banana (HEB) – 5 syns+whatever I should count for the roasted veg as I didn't cook them.
S-fruit salad - orange, persimmon, banana, pear, 0% pineapple yoghurt (HEA)
L-Roasted Veg Frittata (sweet potato, aubergine, courgette, onion, mixed peppers, cauliflower all in frylight) – 2 eggs
    S-roasted cauliflower, 2 tblspns techina – 5 syns
D-courgette soup (courgette, leek, parsley root, onion); risotto with left over chicken, tinned mushrooms, green beans, peas, onions, passata (HEB)

Evening ladies - today's food has been...

Breakfast - cereal bar (B choice)
Lunch - small jacket spud and beans, grapes
Tea - 2 LM sausages (4 syns), 2 potato waffles (5 syns), mushrooms, tomatoes, scrambled egg
    Snack - clemetine
9 syns in just tea:eek: Bit rubbish really.
I'll probably have something else later to nibble on - I suppose it will have to be fruit again:( - not ideal when you have PMT!

Am at a bit of a loss as to what to have tomorrow - will have a root around in the kitchen and find something I expect.

I'm going mad, I SWEAR I just posted in here!

Anyway, what I said was that some of you may be interested in this thread https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3706693
which links to a 70% off Ann Harvey sale, and extra 30% off. I just spent £50 on some lovely clothes for a few months time ;)

It's my first weigh in after 3 weeks off tomorrow, eek!
