 i strayed as walked to the shop (body magic) and bought choccies. i think it is ok though.
green:
b: 2 weetabix 150 s.mik. banana
l: pasta n sauce......Packet of revels (8.5 syns)
d: baked beans & 2 nimble. spread (2 syns)
sn: just had butternut squash soup. mulerlight.
i thought if i walked to the shop each day or few times a week I could put it in my FIT diary (i usually drive). I felt all good walking the 15 mins there but was then tempted by the chocs.....aarrggghhh.

The way I see it, it's not straying if it's within syns
Had a good food day today, fruit for breakfast, fibre plus snack, tuna salad lunch, chilli for dinner with hea cheese.
Got a pink-and-white now (2) and some mini biscuits (2.5) of which I may have four
Not going to do shred today, my ankle is complaining a little so I'm going to give it a couple of day to rest before level 2!"Empires are not brought down by outside forces, they are destroyed by weaknesses from within."0 -
Thanks for the reply WeBe! I have dug out my Mum's old books and red and green don't seem to be too difficult. That said the distinct lack of absence of BREAD in the free list is going to kill me! I used to be able to have weetabix for my healthy B and miss out on the toast for breakfast but now I'm not sure what to do for brekky as I only ever crave carbs in the morning! (pasta for breakfast anyone? lol!).
Does anyone happen to know the Syn value of the new Warbuton's sandwich thins? I know they had a low points value on WW so wondering if they would have a low Syn value too?
Plucking up the courage to go to the classes mainly for the online login which I think will be vital for finding out Syn values!0 -

It says 5 syns online. I've never eaten them myself so I'm not sure how the packs work.
I have WW brown Danish toasted. It's not the tastiest bread in the world but as I can have 3 slices, I find it suits me.
Tonight I was feeling peckish so I had a banana sandwich and very nice it was too!0 -

Is the WW Danish for your Healthy B's? I might have to try the white one as a HE B, I know there isn't any fibre in it but I can't eat brown bread. If it starts affecting weight loss then I'll change it maybe?
Thanks for the help with the Warbuton's Thins. They are like a roll cut in half and flattened. They look measley but when you start eating them, they don't seem quite as measley and you could make a decent stuffed sandwich from them.0 -
life is very hectic at the moment but I am still on plan, following the thread and going to group...
Lost 1lb at weigh in last night - I'm pretty pleased given the stress at the moment (too much A level coursework/DD2's 18th birthday on Friday and not having done anything for Christmas yet!)
So that's 5 stone 1.5lbs off in total!
I have been making soup from the new SW soup book - i like the butternut squash one - but I had an idea and threw in a tin of white beans before I blitzed it! Made it very thick and fillling .....and the beans are a SS food too ( I used butter beans - but you could use any!)
I also threw in some curry powder too - made it nice and warming....
well done to all the losers......:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
ammonite suitable B choices:
28g porridge oats & 1 ryvita wholemeal
28g puffed wheat & 1 oat scan bran
28g ready brek & 1 ryvita ........ (as the ryvita/scan bran tops up the fibre i wouldn't have it)
2 hovis nimble white bread - you can still have toast for brekkie
208g baxtes chunky soup
208g baxters healthy soups
208g baxters vegetarian soup
415g baxters med tomato soup
400g heinz classic chicken & barley broth
green - extra b choice - meat, fish, nuts, cheese to measured amounts
red - 227g baking potato with skin, 198g newpots in skin, 198g parsnips.....different beans etc you could bung in a red day soup.
i hope that helps.
afm - red today
b: mullerlight & fruit
l: veg soup in the slow cooker - carrots, leeks, celery & parsnip (ready chopped mix so will have parsnip as a b choice).
d: haddock & gawd knows what.....probably an egg, 2 nimble.
syn: got crisps, or curywurly.spread for bread.
