Well I am finally finally gonna get my butt in gear and ebay like mad this weekend! desperate need of some dosh, just hoping I make quite a bit.
Anyway one question I have got is this. I have got a 1st generation iphone which I have been using, only thing wrong with it is, the screen is cracked I have been using it like this for about 5 months. Finally I have got another one off ebay so would it be worth selling the old one?
maybe someone could use it for something, what do you think guys?

I know, Misskaytee, it's my last viewed item so keeps coming up on my homepage - I hope eBay will waiver the fees! now let's see if I have £50,500 kicking around to out bid them!!

With this weekend's free listings, the small print says no listings via professional tools - is Turbo Lister classed as a professional tool?
Thanks0 -
Does anyone know if Mills & Boon books sell - my mum has a tonne of them cluttering my garage up0

Thanks for the tip on scheduled listings, I think I might be using that a lot from now on as I always have blurb written up in Word and photos on Photobucket and it takes ages faffing around with it all, so amending from scheduled to immediate will be much easier
Talking of photos, how many do you folks usually put on? In the past I've always put loads on but linked to a photobucket account rather than ebay hosted, it's a bit of a faff but better than paying £0.12 per picture.
I was thinking though this time of just adding the one free picture, and adding in the blurb to contact me for more pics - will this put people off though do you think? Do extra pictures help sell items? I'm trying to simplify the process as I have loads of stuff to list but I'm really short of time atm.LBM Feb 11 - Joint Debts of around £80,000 _pale_ And nothing significant to show for it :embarasse

Hi DNW
Well when I list things on Ebay I usually keep it to one photo but if it's something quite valuble and you think it's worth putting that extra pic on then I would suggest doing it. This weekend I am thinking of putting up some sunglasses but think I'll have to add more than one pic to get full effect. But to be honest, I've sold loads only on one pic! Good luck, hope you sell everything0 -
I do a split shot so for eg. Front and back of a T shirt in one picture. I have done quite well on Ebay. Love this thread so much....The art is not in making money, but in keeping it!!!0

 lets hope ebay are waivering the fees too!
Wow! Good for her making some money for charity though. I bet she didn't want to wear it again after the press bashing she got
Any listing with 100% donation to charity is listing fee free. If the donation was 50% the fees would be 50% and so onTreacle_Toes wrote: »Hope you can help!

Yes Turbo Lister is classed as a professional tool I'm afraid. You have to do them live online to get the free listings.
I always use up to 12 photos in the clothing categories because you get up to 12 free at all times in this and a couple of other categories (I cannot remember which others). I taught myself some basic HTML for other categories but its very complicated. The more photos the better I find for most things. Depends if it needs details shown. For a DVD, one would be enough. Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -

Try greenmetropolis, you only get the money if you're book sells but I've always had success with it, easy to list as well as you only need the ISDN number. HTH x1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:
