I once found an old Opera magazine when I was on the train to work. Picked it up to flick through to pass the time, although it didn't make for all that interesting reading personally, as my knowledge of Opera is non existant. But I must have just put it in my bag without thinking when I was getting off the train.
My other half put it on the recycling pile, but I took it back and thought hey-ho, start it at 99p and nothing to lose. Was gonna try it for 10 days, then not bother relisting and just stick in the recycling box.

Hmmm, this is a good thread but my blood pressure is up now thinking of all the cash I've chucked in the bin over the past few years. Old Tax discs, what on earth would anyone be able to do with those, unless it was for props for telly programmes or something like that?:hello:  please play nicely children !0

I'm thinking of putting a broken power supply unit for a Sky box on there. I bought a refurbished one off of eBay and replaced the broken one with it, and i'm wondering if any of the people who refurbish them would be interested? I've seen broken Sky boxes sell - maybe people are buying them to get the power supply units out?
I sold this and got £6.50 for it. I was just going to throw it out.0
