it might be a mistake, a few times it has said this on my items but it didnt on the paper invoice when it came.

Well i rang tax credits and told them i'm self employed, they never mentioned about registering as self employed but i phoned anyway - glad i did, the lady is sending me a pack about being s.e through the post & has put my name down for one of those courses they run. Thanks for all the advice

I was out last night and 3 people weren't in. They clearly were in and not answering even though I said I'd call that day, but 3 missed deliveries is normal for me so it could have gone worse.

Yes, some didn't open the door for me either but then I had only 4 orders from the streets and delivered 2.

Callled my AM and asked whether she left any brochures for me when I was away. She couldn't even remeber but finally said she probably did not! 8 days to the next order date and I have no brochures at all. And just £30 worth order :-(

Was hopig to achieve HOV for my second campain as well but it isn't looking great.

She said she'd come on Wed, we'll see.

I went out last night to collect my brochures as it was the only evening I could collect , had given out 50 books and only had 12 missing. Not too bad for Halloween. Had a phone call when I got home off one lady who asked if I had been as she didn't answer the door all night and she didn't want to leave the brochure out incase the truckers got it!!!
I said yes and she said she had an order and when could I collect it. So am going back again tonight to try and get the missing books. Hopefully will be a success.

Also had 3 orders from all the collected books and totaled £88 . Not bad. 2 new customers in that . YEAH!

also visited the old people's home at the end of my street as I walked home and spoke to the senior staff nurse about dropping brochures for them all there, she said it sounded fantastic and said she would get the manager to ring me tomorrow, I left her a brochure. Hopefully that will be a good one. Maybe do some demo days for them !!!

That's really poor on her part. She has let you down. Try to make the best of your previous books with any new customers. I would suggest pushing her for more books because you have so little time. It's not your fault that she has let you down.

That's fantastic! Well done!:T I think that pensioners may be really good customers as they are bored and have nothing to do so if you run demo you could bring some entertainment and fill their time. They probably haven't got a lot of money but if you get regular orders then it's great. Plus all the staff working there.

I dropped off the brochure in the children centre next to my daughter's nursery, fingers crossed I get something from there as I really need some orders quick lol (have only £30 so far).

Yes, exactly! She also didn't remeber she sent out an email saying that if we (I assume those new reps) achieve a HOV she would give us some free samples and a free perfume! When I called her last night I told her I could really do with some samples and I'd also would like my freebie lol

I am actually proud of myself as I find it difficult to remind people and ask for things. So that was a lesson of assertivness for me.

I have been and visited my customer that rang me last night , and she liked the free cleanser that you got in the GENICS bag that much that she's buying one for her friend as a gift.
Got another friend whos given me a £21 order and my mum has ordered £22. Also another £6 order from a whole new customer who is a staff nurse at the old peles home. I'm so excited. Also been to the library today and got marketing for dummies out hopefully might find some tips.
How is everyone else is going? I have 7 days til I submit order doing well so far.
