Saw your post, Lollybabe but if you owe Avon, I don't see how it can be their fault. Probably best to speak to their collections department (financial collections rather than product collections) to sort things out once and for all. Its quite likely they may not want to accept the returns now if it was from a long time ago. Have you any correspondence from them about your debt with a contact number?
Also, can't help wondering what happened to the 20-30k from 2007 which you were going to use to clear your debts...Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Not sure if anyone will be awake to answer these questions before I have to put my order in, but I'd be so grateful if someone did!
Firstly, this is my second campaign, will they send me free brochures? Because they did with the last campaign and if so, I don't wanna order some and end up with too many!
Also, I currently have £60 worth of orders (although, that does include £7 worth for me and by OH, whoops!), can anyone do the maths on whether it'd be worth spending more to reach the £78 to get commission? I don't wanna miss out on commission, but at the same time I don't want to spend out lots to reach the target and then up in a net loss!
Your SL should have explained that you get brochures for free for the first two campaigns. If you did not order any with your first order then you need to order some with your second.
You either have an invoice for £60 or add something like anew to your order to bring it up to the £78, which you will pay £62.40 for. You can always return on your next delivery (which is very easy to do). Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

She probably did, but I've been a bit bombarded with information in the last few weeks, especially as I started a new job not long after starting Avon. This will be my 3rd campaign, so I'll order some brochures.
Judging by the maths I've done we'd only actually lose £2.40 if we were to add another £18 to the amount as we'd get £15.20 in commission, so that definitely makes it seem worth it.0 -
I came into just under £11k which was much less than I had anticipated so was still paying off the remaining 5-6k for the last 4 yrs seen as you were wondering. I don't think it is Avon's fault that I owe them money however the money I owe them is relatively small compared to the amount of stock I have tried several times to return - have all the names of who I've spoken to so should be able to prove that i'm not trying to fleece them out of £30ish pounds. i spoke to someone last week who said they would arrange for a collection this week which hasnt happened yet so I am frustrated at my credit rating being affected that is all. I haven't had any letters from them about the 'debt' though, all the contact has been via me contacting them to try and sort it out.0

Thank you - I know I can backorder but I am in c17 now. The eyeliners were backordered last time in c16 because I had mostly c15 brochures as when my AM signed me up she didn't have almost any of c16 left so she gave me many of c15.
I guess I can't do anything now, I am a bit embarrassed that I had not noticed the customer wanted 3:o
Do you know what I'd do? If I was a new rep and she was a potentially good customer (3 liqui-glides sound like a good customer to me), I would confess to my error then order the remaining 2 at a loss to myself to ensure customer satisfaction. They were half price in C15 which is why they were so cheap. Buying 2 at £5 ea, selling at £3 will cost you £1.50 (subject to HOV), a very small price to pay to ensure the customer thinks you're great rather than unreliable.
Don't beat yourself up, though about these types of mistakes. We all make them - some of us quite regularly! Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Hmmm, I was thinking about it but they actually charged me twice wrongly.
The product costed £5.50 per item so two of them should be £11.
I was charged once £11 for 1 item and once £2 for 1 item so I thought they should credit back £2 without any commission taken off.
Providing you reached higher order value, the credit is correct.
You ordered 2 @ 5.50 each (C15)
You were invoiced 2 @ 13.00 (C16, buy one perfume, get another for £2 - they always have different product numbers on the invoice with these offers)
You will receive/received your commission on both, therefore, the credit must start at £2 and be subject to commission also. Check your invoice you were charged on - look at the discount removed. On your next invoice, your credit will also show as £2 less your discount.
Hope this is clear now. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

I would ring them again and keep pushing so you get a definate day. Then either be in or make arrangements as to where they can collect from. One big push and this can be settled. Good luck. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Definately if you return your item with your next order:D Plenty of regulars on here can help out if you have any problems (probably a bit late for them at the mo) so just shout. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

OK, think this is the easiest way to explain it! You were charged a book price of £13 for 2 of them. You paid Avon £9.75 after your commission.
The corrected book price is £11, which means you pay £8.25 after commission.
£9.75 - £8.25 = £1.50
Does that help?Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0
