Did you have a customer account with that email address in the past?
I'd suggest just making a new email address The only emails I ever get are connects notifications so you might be glad of it being seperate

My sales leader signed me up today and said she would call me later to tell me what streets I would be doing, she hasn't yet and I've only got 8 days to order shall I just go knocking on doors or should to text her?

wait and text her, you can still ask friends and family
But if you go knocking you could be knocking on someone else's street which people get very up set about

Sorry if I ask questions that have been asked, im trying o read all these posts but it will take a while.
I was putting through some orders when you go on the subtotal it says I haven't earned any money, why's this my order was about 90 pound. also it gave me a option to order brouche , im on campaign 18 at the moment so does it stop and start at c1. hope it makes sense lol.

Your commission doesn't show until one of the final order pages, but if that's the page you were looking at I'm afraid I can't help with that one...
The next bit... there are C18 brochures in a year then start again at C1.
You must be one of the early ones/ whatever it is they call the ones who are ahead (great terminology there ) I'm only on C16 though I still haven't got my C16 books ! I hate chasing people up but think I'm going to have to on this one have loads of people waiting for the next book as well aahh!

2heartsx- it would definitely be worth speaking to your SL to get your territory sorted asap as pix said you could knock on another reps doors and may end up being a little unpopular. With regards to the sub total if it is not showing up as comission on the sub total page then ring the customer service centre and just check as recently there have been several issues with wrong totals but never had it where its not showed up any total.
With regards to the avon connects issue then yes as pix said set up a new email address and if that does not work then speak to your SL and see if they can resolve it. I joined in July and still have issues with my connects account and even setting up a new email address didnt help me but guess I just like to be different. Have complained for the 9th time now and praying something is done but not holding out hope but im sure you will resolve your issue alot quicker

Update on my lack of contact from my area manager - Still after 3.5 wks now i have yet to hear back from her. I just so wish my old ASM had not left as she responded back so quickly I guess I was spoilt. I will give her another 48hrs to respond to me and then I just dont know what to do as its not as if I can request another one lol. Even my SL has started ignorning me guess she is also fed up with the lack of response

If anyone is a SL could you answer this question please. If you become a SL do you become your own SL or do you remain under your existing SL that signed you up please?

If you become a SL you do still remain under your own SL. They then earn from you as a rep and as a SL and from all the reps you sign up, then when you recruit reps and they become SLs you earn from them and their team of reps and so on and so on...

If you have no luck on getting in touch with your ASM or SL a little email to them copying in your DSM (Divisional Sales Manager) usually gets their attention! lol ;-) If you don't know who your DSM is I could find out for you if you PM me your area number :-)

Thats really poo
Mine seems to be heading the same way though... waiting for my books for my second campaign still, last Monday she said she would drop them off that week... Emailed her Friday morning - no reply, so I text her today, not heard yet
So annoying because I have people asking for the next book and I have to keep explaining that I'm still waiting for them.

It gives me the option to order c1 and c2 should I order both or just one of the campaigns?
contacted my sales leader today she said the the new application terroity system is under matinentince and is up and running tomoz, anyone hopefully I get set a area tomoz or I'm just going find a street myself tomorrow.
