Mine never prints out properly either. I usually have part of the second page on the first page so I just cut them and cellotape back together how they are supposed to be lol. Just reprint and as long as you have one copy with your details etc on for the parcel and one to keep it will be fine0

Well Avon sent me a great email- which explains it better than their online 'help' page!
I will post it later as it might help others0 -
Hi!
I posted a few days ago about having trouble with my sales leader and thinking about quitting avon. I thought it over some more after posting here, but ultimately decided to quit. After my sl's second time of arranging a time to drop me some catalogues she never showed up nor dropped them off again so I emailed her to let her know that I would no longer like to sell. That was two days ago, I haven't heard from her since. I also emailed the area lady to let her know that I would like to quit along with listing a few of my complaints.
Area leader was professional and apologetic, but also said that this sl just started as in I was one of her first reps! When I first met this sl she was telling me about how she's done avon for awhile then turned sl and it worked out so well money wise as a sl that she didn't have to work any more and could stay home with her child.

I've just had an unexpected meeting with my ASM after a SL put a book through my door looking to recruit reps! Apparently the system isn't showing my territory despite my sales being on average £200+ a time and I've not missed a campaign at all. She said she's been the ASM for this area for 3 years, yet I was signed up by someone else who was ASM in Jan/Feb 2011. Apparently there is a lack of reps in the area so I've just asked for more territory.
Looks like I need to up my game even more than planned if I want to keep my territory  I am not happy.:mad:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
Hopefully if the SL was just asking for new reps they won't gain many customers. Even if they were outright asking for customers (which as you might know they shouldn't do) it's not as effective as getting out there with brochures that can be ordered from straight away.
That said, it is a pain when you're rushed into doing a recanvas when you might have planned to do one later in the year.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Chablet - what an awful let down you've had. It's disgraceful, and doesnt sound like the ASM is going to do anything specific so that this doesnt happen again.
Im sorry you werent given a fair start0 -

If the SL was using expired brochures to recruit then they are within their rights to do so. SL's are allowed to recruit for reps anywhere they like, regardless of whether a road is marked down as territory for an existing rep. They just cant go dropping brochures looking for customers wherever the mood takes them.SB 127x £5 AGC 13x £5 M&S 3x 3month XBOX Live Membership 8x £5 New LookGCVO 10x £10 AGC My Surveys 37x£5 AGCeBay 1159.880 -
It wasn't the fact that she was recruiting reps that I was angry at, it was the fact that yet again the system is saying that I'm not allocated the streets after only confirming them in August via email to my ASM.
I have however made a decision, I'm leaving Avon. I spoke to my daughter, mum (about possible childcare around school hours) and my ex about it (he has our daughter to stay with him so I wanted to know if we could work out childcare during the school holidays between us and our extended family if I got a "proper" job) and all have agreed to help me out as much as they can. Daughter can't wait until I leave :rotfl: I have books 7's in to be put out over the next week and the way the campaigns work this will also take me up to just past the end of the financial year so a good time to finish. I'm already applying for other jobs, anything (preferably within walking distance) that will allow me to bring in minimum wage or more and I'm even slightly qualified for! I don't want to carry on with the Avon even if I got another job, its not right for me and it can't be said I didn't give it a chance since I'm in my 3rd year!
So thanks for the help and support here, I now need to decide what I'm going to do with all the brochure bags, paperbags etc that I bought around ChristmasCreeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
If you're on eBay you could sell them as a job lot on there. Or a SL or rep on here could PM you and you could arrange it privately - I sold a bag on here once doing that.
Good luck with your job hunt. You're right - after 3 years you can't say you didn't try with the Avon and there's no point continuing if you need to find income (and a much higher income) elsewhere.

Won't be on here much over the next week as I'm going away
Typically though tried to deliver avon orders last night, must be nearly half of them didn't want them till next week (when were away), so won't be able to pay enough into the bank today to cover this times bill. Thankfully we have some cash hanging over from late deliveries last campaign so should be ok well just have to wait for our earnings which is a pain.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
