Hi sorry to be dumb- but do Avon only deliver on the dates they specify?
i want to get C09 out tonight and then collected the following week, however the date for the product delivery is 16th of April- that's a month!!

Hi Vickyh yes you only get your main delivery on the dates shown on invoices or online. If you do an additional order it will come at a different time but you can't do an early additional order for a campaign that you haven't already had your main order from. So although you can place your campaign 6 order early online it won't be delivered until the date it says on invoice.0

Vickyh - it sounds like you've been signed into the next campaign. So as said above it will be 3 weeks after that (until a couple of short campaigns in the new year). But being signed into the next campaign on your first one is a good thing for most reps, otherwise you have less than a week to get orders in. I had a 4-week campaign when I first started and that was so much better because I didn't have friends and family nearby so it was just territory orders to rely on.
I'd include a note with your brochures stating when you're calling back, and also when delivery will be (this is more obvious than the spaces on the order form). So at least people will know, and you could add a sentence saying, "after this order you won't have to wait so long for delivery" for people who are seeing the brochure at the start of the 4 weeks.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

can someone help me- i thin k i have done my returns right
I have asked for credit- and the 2 items are now grayed out- but no change to my balance or anywhere that says 'pending'.
and i have printed the sheet that followed (no bar code on it).
So i do i just hand the lot to the driver?

this is my first time at returning items. Where is this barcode being asked for and how do i place it on the return box? I have already filled the return forms.

That sounds right Vickyh. Put the items in a box or bag with one copy of the returns form. You need to get a barcoded label to attach to parcel which is usually one of the sheets attached to your invoice. There are 3 returns labels and 3 customer notice labels on a sheet. It doesn't matter which returns label you use. You do need to put the last 4 digits from the returns label you use on your returns form in one of the boxes at bottom of form.
Get the driver to sign your copy of returns form and give him parcel. Your returns will show up on next invoice as credit.

chairing it is usually the last page of your invoice and just cellotape one of the returns labels to parcel.0

I think i know what i have done- my printer hasn't printed correctly and so i am missing part of it!!
Hopefully avon will get back to me soon- so i can either reprint or start again!0
