Well done! Not many newbies walk into such a lucrative Avon business but, equally, looks like it's well deserved!! :T

As already posted by BO, territory is not automatically allocated. Whoever signed you up should have asked you if you actually wanted to be a territory rep or F&F (friends and family). If it wasn't mentioned then just carry on doing what you're doing.

Hi,

Another question, sorry! Regarding the return of products with free gifts - my Mum is interested in trying out the new A-F33 skincare, so I'm ordering it in C16 with the Ultimate 7S free gift. I'm hoping she'll try and like the day and night creams and maybe also the perfume and lipstick, but if she returns the serum would it be okay that the free gift is returned but partially used?

Did anyone have any problems ordering the Lipsy bag/purse in C14? (52365 & 00133)

They are both showing up when I click on View Order, however I've just done a tickback from the subtotal page & only the bag is there. Very odd & I've not noticed this before.
Order due to be submitted tomorrow, but as it's a back order, don't want to risk not getting it - any suggestions?

Hi everyone - just got signed up as an Avon rep today
Apparently mine is a trendsetter area, so I've got the Christmas C18 books in already. Hope my neighbours aren't the sort who get annoyed about early mentions of the festive time! :cool:

Quick question: I got 20 brochures for C18, am I right in thinking I should have got two different sets of campaign books?

Hopefully it's just a glitch on the website but.... belt and braces whilst your order will show under 'Order Tracking' sometimes it's worthwhile printing off your actual order before submitting it. If there are any problems afterwards at least you have written proof of what you actually wanted/ordered.

Like you say, maybe it's a glitch. the bag is showing as £0.00 commission, so hopefully will sort itself out.

Congrats! :T Didn't know there was a TS area in Scotland but guess it makes sense. (The other one I know of is Birmingham - where are the others? Anyone know?)

Hmm... not going to be easy for you. You deffo need some special help. Worth checking out Avon Connects for a specialist group or maybe even FaceBook?

Can't help re. how you deal with only being able to order from books 6 weeks ahead but can confirm that all new reps should be given at least 20 books for their first campaign and 20 books for their second. Some upliners give extra but it's recommended that books are handed out piecemeal i.e. you get them in two tranches. Your upliner should deliver your second lot of books to you either just before or after you place your first order.

Yr v welcome. Don't worry; all branded goods at the mo show as £0 discount. Just make sure you check your paper invoice thoroughly when it arrives with your goods. Hopefully should be OK.

Hi Everyone!

8.5 months pregnant so excuse the possible baby brain!

Am I right in thinking theres a code you can add somewhere if you don't want Avon to send an alternative? A few items I am ordering are low stock but with CSection booked for 9th Oct I dont want to be faffing about with returns for bits I didnt want!
