    AF33 Stock

I don't know if everyone's aware but there's a message on the homepage and an e-mail to say reps can ring a hotline from today (18th) to order 5 (no more, no less) of AF33 serum. They'll be sent out now, without having to wait for C16 deliveries. I assume it's like a moneymaker with returns - customers still have to be covered so we could return unsold ones. Gold and Silver PC reps can order 55 (again, no more no less).

The message was written wrong and we will get discount on these. The message says the cost price for 5 is £100, which means we're getting no discount but that's wrong and Avon have confirmed we'll get whatever discount our regular C16 order has earned us. :)

Less deserving of a smiley face is that we have to pay £2.50 p+p. I also think these'll come via Royal Mail not courier (unless you're Gold or Silver). We also have to guess what free gifts customers want and wait for those to come with our regular C16 deliveries.
I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for. :( I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Thanks I, Geek - I ignored the initial email as I thought it wasn't worth it without the discount. £2.50 p&p is annoying but I'm hoping customers might be keen to give it a go! I've just placed my order and off to make some flyers to put in my next brochure drop once the creams arrive. Fingers crossed itll be a hit in my streets!
I enjoy money-saving and am slowly entering the world of online earnings - aiming to pay for Christmas 2015 from extra income earned in 2015.

Hellow Tomorrow question & a question for the sales leaders

    Hi all

Quick question re the 3 for £7 make up offer in Hello Tomorrow 17. Are we limited to getting only 3 of the items for £7, with any more being charged the full price? Obviously only 1 of each item can be ordered, but is it possible to get 6 different things for £14?

I'm also thinking of becoming a sales leader - can recruit my sister as my first rep. If any sales leaders could advise me on the following I'd be really grateful:
    - Will it pose any problem that we both live at the same address?
    - What sort of commission structure would I be looking at regarding orders of my reps?
    - How are reps for your team recruited - do you have to find them yourself or do Avon refer interested people living in your area?

TIA for any help. If you'd rather PM me about SL commission that's fine.

Hi, I would order in this hello tomorrow and again on the back order next time, I think that's the only way around it. I have been thinking of becoming a sales leader when I looked the commission on a £78 order was 2 % about £1.56 but it gets higher when they sell more.

    3 for £7 in HT

I'd add 3 to your order, and then add a different 3 and check View Subtotal to see what it's made of it. If the mix-and-match products are all different I don't see why it wouldn't let you choose 6 products in total as long as they're all different. In the same way that, when a lipstick's a demo, we can order 1 of every shade if we like.

If it doesn't work or you want 2 copies of each product, do as suggested above and backorder.

Thanks for all the responses - I did a test on the online order and it seems happy to let you have 6 for £14 :)

    Hi everyone

Hoping someone can help me. Just received my first delivery. My sales were £148.96 so I hit HOV. However, if I need or want to send something back will they take the HOV off me and reduce me to MOV?

I ordered the bumper box for someone for £30 and they don't want it anymore so I would like to return it. I'm just concerned that this will affect my chances of getting the £100 gift if I hit HOV next time.

    Thanks

If you place any returns then this will be deducted from your total sales, meaning you will not be classed as placing a HOV order. So you will not qualify for the £100 product pack.

I'm a sales leader and during the first Rising Stars incentive this year I had 2 new reps who both placed qualifying orders but then made returns and missed out on the product pack on offer due to their returns.

Wait! It will affect your chances of getting the £100 gift. This happened to me when I started. Wait and return it after your next campaign if possible. Tip regarding bumper boxes etc: Sometimes it can be worth buying one and splitting it and selling the goods separately. It's pot luck, but worked out ok for me a few times. HTH

You can have 2 people at the same address, but it may not let you do it as you normally would. Mention this to your upline and they can sort it out. You have to find all your own reps - Avon does have a link on connects but I don't know of anyone doing very well from that.
To make money out of being a sales leader you do need to commit time and effort, as well as having to buy extra books for your sign-ups (fine if they go ahead, nightmare if they drop out). It has good sides and bad, but it is not one to go in to lightly. It;s a long term, slow build thing for commission etc to pay you.
I'm considering quitting as an SL at the moment as I don't think it is right for me at the moment. I live rurally, and the price of fuel means potential sign ups are expensive especially as so many don't follow through. :o
