Did you actually start in C10 i.e. you ordered from C9 and C10 in your C10 order you mean? Hope so - the Rising Star scheme is only valid for new reps who started in C10-12

Am dashing out but.... Put your books out early (your customers don't know when your orders are due) with a note that you are going on holiday and then save your order on your system. Your upliner can then submit for you if you give your permission and/or you could maybe just log on whilst on holiday to press 'submit' yourself?

    HTH

Just to add to MC - Not sure on your order & delivery dates, but you can submit your order early, and get it delivered to another, local, address (friends/family), or have it left in your safe location (shed/garage). Doesn't give you long to get it paid for, but, if you only do your last order for say £80 to ensure you qualify, then it's not so bad, and well worth it for £50 credit.
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

Correct. If your first order is a C10, 11 or 12 order then you are in the scheme, regardless of which campaign you were actually appointed into (though normally the two are the same).

Wow thanks for the quick responses.
I started on C10 but I was also given the brochures for C9 which I delivered down our road,I delivered C10 down our next road so next time I deliver C10 to our road and C11 to our next road.Sounds easy when I put it like that but I get confused when I think about putting it into practice,I'll get my head around it eventually haha.
Yesterdays order was for £244 and I've got £30 worth of orders towards the 18th June order.
    Is the MOV £78?
Sorry I'm not usually this thick honest!!!

Yes it is. £244 is a good start ! Also remember, Rising Stars is an add-on to Smart Start not a replacement, i.e. £1500 (I think) sales over camps 1-6 seems possible for you too which = another gift.

    Hi all,

It's been a little while since I posted on here - I first joined Avon in February of this year and am loving it! I used to sell on eBay and made nothing after all the fees, so while Avon isn't megabucks it's so much better to what I've had before, so I'm happy.

I wonder if any of you can tell me what the Q3 2012 CCP Voucher is, please? While putting things into my C11 order online (I put the orders on the form online as I get them so I don't lose track) and under the 'Items Supplied With This Order at No Cost' is 1x 'Q3 2012 CCP Voucher'.

Does anyone know what this is, please? I'm curious!

    Many thanks!

Not that I know what I'm talking about at all I'll have a go at answering this!!!
In campaign 12 there is an offer on for £44 of vouchers(I think) off future orders so I am guessing that's what they are for although I'm only on order C10 so haven't come across them yet.
Ignore this answer completely if I'm wrong haha

For my 2p-worth, think you guys are quite right.... :T In the back page of C11 it mentions free beauty vouchers worth £44 to be redeemed in C12-14, which is our third quarter (Q3)

Here's hoping it helps increase all our sales! :j

I started in campaign 9 and got an email from Avon about the scheme, saying I was eligible for the offer.

i'm new to avon so please be gentle with me!!!
am due to pick up my first lot of brochures tomorow, hopefully with lots of lovely orders in.
can i just ask a couple of questions- what kind of records do i need to keep for s/a purposes. wasnt planning on claiming back for anything other than brochures, bags, samples etc as i will be doing everything on foot. is it enough just to print copies of orders and highlight anything that is for business purposes?
also commision wise is it 20% btween £78 and £148 and then 25% on only the amount over £148?
have done a little flyer to put in with my brochures highlighting any really good offers in campaign 10 and to look out for the special offer in brochure 12 for the anew travel kits.
once i know what i am doing was planning on offering a free gift with orders over £10 every 3rd campaign. Is that too often/not often enough? and do i order them from the ht magazine- i assume i would be ok to use the items that cant be resold at the back.
not too bothered about knocking on doors to ask for books back- was planning on taking my 12 week old daughter in her carrier for the cute factor and also as a kind of ice breaker lol.
