Awww thanks MarsdenCuckoo that's a great help! I will probably order her all 3 and then she can make her mind up. Cost wasn't an issue it's more about the 'shade' of red as the brand she was using is now discontinued. Apparently this discontinued 'lipstick' people are selling on fleebay for £45+ Hence she has come to Avon = one new customer = result :D

You're v welcome IAM; just take advantage of the 90 No quibble guarantee and let her go mad! :j Sounds like you have a very good customer on your hands provided you look after her. :T

Hi and thanks for the detailed reply. what is the rising star programme? I take it this is a new thing? thanks

Hi JC, Yes, the Rising Star programme was only launched last week. Essentially any new rep joining in C10-12, who hits MOV (£78+) in both of their first two campaigns will get £150 worth of FREE Avon goodies and if they achieve £500 worth of sales in their first three campaigns they also get £50 credited to their Avon a/c so there's never been a better time to dip your toe into the water as an Avon rep! :j (All new reps also get their books free for the first two campaigns so it really is a 'no- brainer'....)

For all Sales Leaders, not only can they benefit from increasing their team members because of this fab new scheme but.... they can also get £50 credited to their own Avon a/c for every Rising Star rep, who qualifies for their £50 credit. For SLs there are conditions though - you obviously need to fulfill your SL criteria i.e. bills paid/qualifying orders on time PLUS you need to make a note of how many active orders were placed by your team members in C9 and maintain/increase that amount by the campaign that your Rising Star(s) qualify for their £50.

Hope that makes sense. If not, just ask.

PS: In addition to the Rising Star scheme, all new reps also qualify for the SmartStart scheme.

Oh, forgot to mention that the set-up/reinstatement fee has also been waived for any rep, who 'fell off the system' C3-8 so to all SLs, look back at your list of ex-team members and let them know that they will qualify for this Rising Star scheme (but not, obviously, the SmartStart scheme). You'll need to get some books to them so they can get some orders in but back campaign books would probably suffice ;) - another win/win! :T

Yes, belter of a scheme; fab time to start as an Avon rep. Hopefully you're well established now though and enjoying your own Avon business. Enjoy whatever anniversary gift Avon send you.

Do you mean sample packs? If so, yes, gather we're being offered sample packs at vastly reduced prices but not sure of the details yet.

MC - This is part of the email they sent ...

In your Campaign 10 order you will receive a pad of 20 sample forms to pass to your customers, with your Campaign 11 brochures. They can order a quantity of samples to try and you'll be able to set the limit of samples ordered. Great choice for everyone!

I don't give samples out to my customers, found it to be a big waste of time and money. I've not posted on here for ages - had a lot going on with family so far this year. But I've really lost interest in Avon at the minute, my last three deliveries have had items missing/wrong/damaged, the only reason I haven't given it up is I don't want to disappoint people - How soft am I :o ?

Ooh, thanks. No, deffo not seen that email.

Hmm.... Could be wrong but be careful how many samples you order (they are not returnable for credit). On the other hand when samples are cheap I do tend to stock up on them. Each to their own but I always give a sample of something with every order I deliver. (I've actually gained customers because I do give samples whereas their former rep didn't....) Everyone loves a freebie!

Sorry that you've had problems with your deliveries - don't jack Avon in because of that though (PM me and I'll gladly give you a few tips). Well done for putting your customers first. :T
