Thats what I thought, I know as a customer myself I would only buy every 2-3 campaigns! ooo think I need a note book to keep on top of all this, only been doing in 24 hours and already have the orders coming in! Following on from the incentive post, do you have 'loyalty' cards? i have been looking on connects and have seen one or two posts regarding them on there just wondered those who do have them where they got them from?

I have a new customer who has ordered a Barbie beauty bag from brochure 5. Upon inputting my order it has come up with a red cross no further deliveries anticipated. My question is how to tell the customer, I got her order yesterday and my order to be placed tomorrow.
She ordered another girlie bag (hello kitty) so wondered if it might be worth ordering a possible alternative and let her see it bearing in mind I could return it.
First problem I've had in 3 campaigns.
On another note this could be a "how long is a piece of string"! Just wondering how much I should be expecting in sales after a few campaigns. I have around 70 houses and orders are between 160 and 200pound. Have had orders from 8 customers over and above family.0 -
Hello Everyone!
I worked for avon while I was a student. I had to leave it when I started work full time in 2009. Reading this thread has reignited my passion for avon. In my good months I made over £300. I'm sure I could get more customers actually sharing it at work now.
I'm sure my account will have been closed along with all my details. Is there any Swansea reps who could start me back up?
Is it possible for me to get in contact with avon and reactivate my old account and start that up again or do I have to start up again from scratch.
Hoping to get back into the swing of things !0 -

These are in HT, item 69633. Comprising 20 Customer Loyalty Cards, 5 Supercurlacious Mascaras and guide for only £10 nett.
I don't use these but I do a special offer each brochure ranging from a freebie with a min spend to a discount off a new item (especially if bought using a moneymaker). Every salesperson will tell you that you should never give discounts, just incentives or freebies to keep up turnover. I personally hate the word 'discount' but if it's only offered on one item or range then chances are there would only be a very small take-up.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

Personally, I wouldn't tell your customer yet - the stock indicators are just a guide so it might actually turn up in your delivery. I'd just order two of those 'girlie bags' in case it's gifts for 2 people, and others you think might be a good alternative. Then you can play it by ear when your delivery arrives depending upon whether the original bags arrives or not.
I think those sales are great from that amount of housesAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

I personally don't use them, I just a tally of how many orders they've placed in my folder - each customer has there own plastic pocket with their details on and I just mark it on that, suits me as I know my customers would loose a card lol.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -

Yeah your account would be closed now do you've have to start as a new rep. Not sure if there's anyone local to you on here, but it you google Avon & your town it should come up with details of some sales leaders who are close to you.

Is it ok for my family to have things out of the HT mag? My sister really likes things in the clearance section but I wondered if it's 'not right'? Thank you!
P.S. Additional question - what are the following things under 'Business Tools' in the HT mag, please?
o Current Campaign Continuation Sheet
o 'My Copy' of Campaign Order
o Section A Continuation Sheet
Thank you!0
