When you submit the returns, it will tell you how much you'll be credited with. Make a note of that amount. Then when you pay your bill, pay the amount showing minus your credits. It will show that you owe x amount for a little while, then it'll be credited and your account will be clear.

I also was wondering if I'd have to pay the lot - thanks Lozza! - I hoped I wouldn't as I'm basically starting Avon with nothing except my admin fee, so that's a relief!

I've checked the links on the first page, and from my end, the links for brochure 5 are fine - to add them to facebook, if you copy and paste the web address into facebook and post it, it should link it to the right brochure.
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

this is my goals for ths year.
I have 24 people in my direct team. a sales leader with 17 people
my average basket is £110 for team I also have 3 trainee's but they are not going out recruiting due to cold weather.

by camp 18 i am hoping to be on £600 every campaign.
increasing every camp by 5 (hoping to recruit 10 but expect to loose half) and increase sales to £800-£1000 but jumping onto 3 territory's every campaign. looking for reps and getting orders.
when I don't get a rep i can keep sale's but coming of when a rep comes onboard.

Hi Bezzybee yes they are shine drops for hair. Think you just put couple of drops in palm of your hand then run over your hair.

ask as many people as possible be confident and tell them what they can get from Avon either save with hello tomorrow brochure or earn a couple of quid selling to family friends or territory if its territory try and get them customers in area.
i normally pop into local shop and ask if i can put brochure on counter for the new rep or pay for add in window for reps or customers any reps i sign up any customers gets passed to my reps.
I also do alot of door knocking asking if they want to be a rep and if not i leave it asking if they want a brochure.
again that info goes to my nearest rep to that postcode.

  • Hi

I have signed up to be an Avon rep and am waiting to find out my territory. My ASM came out to see me on Fri and was very nice. She is coming back next week to help me do my first order.

I have read a lot of the posts on here and have found them really helpful so thank you.

I have a couple of questions and would appreciate any help.

    1. I work on my allocated delivery day although just school hours roughly 8.45 - 3.45. I was hoping to ask the delivery driver to leave the delivery round the back of the house or in the shed/storage box but have read that it would need to be signed for the first time and I have no one to take delivery for me. I work for a local authority who I know would not be happy if I had it delivered there. Ideally delivery would be after I get home (or before I leave) is it likely I can arrange this? What happens if they come and I am out? Will they try a neighbour - I don't feel comfortable asking them to wait in but they would happily take delivery if they are in. If there is no body to take it what will happen... will they retry and how long will I have to wait?

    2. Is the commission earned per campaign or per order? Can I order every week or do I have to save them up to the end to get the commission? It seems a long time to ask those orders I get first to wait over 3 weeks... assuming I get any orders lol!

    Thanks.

    Jane
