That's the thing the items weren't oos, they just weren't on my invoice anywhere even though I know I ordered them. It was pretty much all body sprays that had disappeared as well. Just hoping when I order this time things don't magically 'drop' off my order!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

That's not good. We have to be able to trust the ordering system. Once the order has become an invoice there's no way to actually view the original order is there? Unless we print it out I guess, which I won't do as it costs ink."Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -
lozza have you checked your order? If you DID order them and can prove it they should send immediate replacements by courier....
Know you probably already know but those that dont you can check what you ordered by clicking on the pink order number shown on order tracking page and then use "find" function in your internet browser to check for the specific items/quantities0 -
Thanks johanne, I've never been able to see a previous order. I clicked on the order number & pressed 'print'. Without actually printing it, it shows the order."Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0

Boy am I confused. Went out for a walk (new year fitness and all that) and came back to find an Avon delivery note through the door and Avon left round the back. Avon isn't suppose to deliver it until 16th. Have I been through a time warp and should I be at work right now?0

This happened to me just over a year ago, and that's the only time its happened fortunately (and I was in at the time). It's the courier company's fault rather than Avon's. Mine said that since the stuff arrived at their depot early they decided to deliver early - without any notification to reps so I bet lots of people were out and ended up chasing up orders. I hope they still delivered on the expected day for those who were out.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

Was invited to leave brochures at a shop today - soooo pleased as it looks full of lovely ladies (staff). Hoping I can get my sales back up again. Seems to be swings and roundabouts, though as one of my new customers has died (only delivered to her once, bless her) and another is looking to move. I will chase her if I can but she doesn't have a 'set' area that she wants to go to so may be too far to be economically viable.
Noticed that the number of brochures I need is creeping up. Places like shops, playgroup and 'odd' customers, I tend to staple dates on the front of brochures or write last order dates on. These are dead brochures as they cannot be reused if returned so am having to increase how many brochures I order. I try to keep roughly half my territory on current and half on back books but have a little more jiggling to do over the next two campaigns to fully achieve this.
I have been pleased with orders this year, done every brochure and gone over HOV on each. Nothing record breaking but steady so am really grateful to my besties who have good orders every brochure. My prayer runs along the lines of : May they live long, have lots of female relatives to share brochures with, want to take my brochures into their female dominated workplace, not want any 'technical' information about the products (!), be in when I deliver and pay with cash, remember to leave their brochures outside every time, not want to move or go into a nursing home and continue to love and appreciate me:DPlease do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

if you staple to them could you not remove the staple and carefully staple over the top of them rather than writing on them so you could reuse them it might be a bit time consuming but would save buying more?0 -

Good idea but I only use the staples on shop/friend brochures and they are current ones. Back brochures go to not so regular customers and they get a half sized newsletter instead, same as my other territory customers. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Hello,
Can someone please tell me how I can check if I got credited the money for my returns? There were so many recently I lost the track. I also tried returning a chemise which was from HT sale section. I took my chance but I don't know whether they'd send it back if they refuse to credit or not? And how to check?
Only £98 for the current campain not sure if it's worth me ordering stuff to get the order to £148 as it is such a hassle returning it and it's probably my fault as I am so messy...0
