Can one join straight away as a sales leader, or do you have to spend some time as a rep first, and how much does it cost to be a sales leader?
Pat
You need to be meeting your higher level in sales to qualify as a sales leader, as well as maintaining a team. The problem with people applying for sales leadership too early on is that they are unable to support their team properly as they have insufficient experience. I think the best thing to do is try out being a rep, once you become familiar with it, and are confident with product information, sales and how it all works, then take the next step.Still looking for the plot...... C1 onwards starts as sale (C1 dated 2012) so no more big Christmas spreads after C18. Think someone posted earlier that links for upcoming brochures are on first page of this thread so you can check them out.
Thanks Moneymaker - forgot we can see the catalogues ahead of time. Certainly nothing subtle about C2Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -
Hi Everyone
I have had some items not turn up in my 1st delivery as a rep but I have been charged for them
The call centre have arranged for them to be sent to me (free replacements) and told me it'd take upto 7 working days.
Today is the 7th day so I rang up and they said that it was dispatched on the 9th Nov and will take up to a further 10 days to arrive.
I was seething
I have emailed them and asked to be credited the charges so that I can give them to my customer
She isnt happy and I feel I will lose her. She is gonna be a good customer to me and I just feel embarressed.
What do you think my chances are of getting them credited back?0 -
Great! Printed off the returns form, put the returns item in the jiffy bag. The driver turned up 7am and said he won't take it cos I need the barcode :-(0

Hi Sandie, I would contact your SL. See if they can help. If you need to do replacements, it's better to do them online, and select the 'immediate replacement' option. Your items shouldn't take that length of time. Your SL may even have some stock depending on what items you are missing. The call centre is carp, as a rule. Avon need to start recognising this.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

Sandie I requested immediate replacement for an item at the beginning of the month and have a feeling as they have not arrived yet that they are just dispatching it with my next order. Luckily is for OHs aunt otherwise I could be losing a 'proper' customer here.0

They are included with your invoice. Should be a page with 6 bar codes on it? They are perforated, so you just need to tear one off and stick it on your parcel. The number on each one is your a/c number and then 4 digits, these are the ones to put on your forms.
Have you got the details for the carrier? If the depot is nearby, you might be able to drop it into them. Just make sure you get your copy signed.Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -

Email them, explain they are letting your customer down, and it isn't your fault. Ask them to include an appropriate free gift to compensate the customer. Wise to use appropriate or you just get the carp they have hanging around!Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0
