I'm having the same problem as the other user. I need to send something back but I have no bar codes :S
Ring Fastrack or email Avon via the 'Contact Us' link on your website and ask them to post you some return labels. They're not attached to every invoice but usually are on your first.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Thanks, I just spoke to someone and he's gonna send me the book and a label and then I don't have to worry about getting my balance paid of just yet, so it's all good0 -

Yr v welcome. Avon is a learning curve. I got loads of help on this thread (long before Avon Connects started and I still prefer it here) so am more than happy to reciprocate.

To fall off the system totally you need to miss 8 clear campaigns so essentially, there's no reason why you couldn't miss 3-4 months and still be classed as an Avon rep to avail yourself of products at discounted rates.
Sorry to be pedantic MC but to be precise...
you become classed as removed for inactivity on your third campaign without an order (four campaigns during the condensed ones)
if you miss another two campaigns after removal you have to pay a reinstatement fee
the 8 campaigns you mention is the point when you start afresh totally with an appointment fee, new account number, etcHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Thanks DH, appreciate your input. Just to clarify pls:
1. From the rep's viewpoint, what are the implications of being 'removed for inactivity'?
2. If a rep misses 5/6 campaigns, are you saying they have to pay a reinstatement fee to rejoin their existing team but are still not able to join a different team for the same fee? Hmmm... C18 has been really poor for me. I saw a big boost last year in C18, after starting in C14, which I thought was more down to Christmas sales than just people being confident to order from me for the first time.
C18 2010
Average order - £25
C18 2011
Average order - £15 (nothing to complain about in general but I hoped for a rise like last year)
---
C18 2010
% of books coming back with an order when given to interested people - 41%
C18 2011
% of books coming back with an order when given to interested people - 27%
Still got C1 to go so maybe people have held off because they've had to, even though I advised people to order now rather than wait to avoid stock issues.I used to have my Avon turnover (sales) here. They've been removed because it's not appropriate to talk about those kinds of sales as if they're realistic for a new Rep to aim for.I signed up at the right time, right place, and was very lucky.

1. None really, you're just not an active Rep anymore
2. Yes, if you want to start totally afresh then you really should get a new account number etc (fee is same amount as being reinstated)Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Wow I, Geek you must have a good system of recording all of this. Do you mind sharing? I think with the level of redundancies and the sense of instability across the country ppl really don't want to spend if only they can avoid it. I did only 2 campains so far but am worried because if in a good time in the year, which Christmas obviously is for sales, I am achieving just over HOV then surely I will struggle at other times. On avarage people order around £10 now (with only a few close to £30 and quite many below £5). But then, I am in a rather poor area so that must be contributing as well.0 -
Ok im another qith a returns question, I have my print offs done, box taped up and my returns label on it.... do I have to wait until my next delivery day to return it all? I would quite like to get it in before I have to pay my invoice to deduct it from my total owing if possible. Any advice?
thank you
My SL came over last night, she had been delivered over 300 extra C18 books by accident! Shes given me about 100 so I can canvas a few new streets all in one go without any worries about what books get lost/damaged etcFingers crossed it will really help my Christmas sales!

C18 has been poor for me as well and also the number of books that i have had back is down - i run current and previous books at the same time to cover a good area, but not sure if i will have enough books for this next camp. Guess we will have to wait and see. Only just made my full discount this time.
Need to do a big push in the new year to try and to improve sales as not really making much after expenses. I hope everyones sales improve soonMe, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19
