The product codes rarely change from book to book. Thinking about it, I should use the product codes to search but I always just use a keyword. So "french" for french manicure kit. Some words, such as "clearskin" rarely turn up in search results because the word is part of a graphic so the search system can't find it. You get to know which words to use to find which items that won't give you loads of search results to scan through.
The codes to keep an eye on are the ones where there are 2 prices for the same product. ie if you spend 'x' get this item for 'y' price. If the product code fails to come up, you can use IGeek's method above. It trial and error to find what suits you. I started using the product code as sometimes you can get a lot of results!Still looking for the plot...... Anyone seen it???0 -
I might just be a tad blind here, but I haven't seen in any HT's recently the mixed sample packs you used to be able to order. There used to be one for approx £12-15 and also a £60 one which you could pay off over two campaigns. Does anyone know if these have been discontinued ? I badly need some samples for customers0

Submitting my order tonight, have 2 items with a red cross. Should I order a substitute or do Avon send something instead?
Lots of yellow dots, but previously have had everything turn up so not too worried about those.
ThanksNow proud Mumto3 :j0 -
How do returns work? I haven't actually paid for my most recent stuff yet, and I have a customer who wants to return the perfume she ordered, so do I need to pay for the order then return the stuff? How does it work?0

No, I haven't seen them either. In C17/HT1 fragrance samples were half price @ 30p for 5 vials and in C18/HT2 clearance there are pro-to-go lippie samples @ 10p each. Not sure how current the shades are but worth considering maybe....Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Theoretically, red dots mean you won't get your items although it's not unheard of for a new batch to become available and be delivered in time to make your order. Avon rarely substitute (unless its their !!!!-up) so if you have an alternative, it doesn't hurt to order it, you can always return it.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.

Don't think there's a hard and fast rule; sometimes they send subsitutes, other times they just say it's sold out. Worth choosing your own substitute maybe and ordering both?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Your upliner should come and talk you through this but basically you apply for credit and then deduct the relevant amount from your account o/s and pay the balance. (You lose your commission on the sale because you have to reimburse your customer with the price they paid but you're only entitled to credit at the price you paid.) You submit your credits to Avon, print off two forms, one goes in the box and one is your receipt. Your carrier will collect your returns when they deliver your next order. (More detailed instructions are on your website.)
Hope that helps.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)
