DSR say that I can return it for any reason. If the price doesn't drop in the next 2 days I'll just cancel so no porblem as far as I can see.
Am I right?
Wouldn't you have to return it and then rebuy to get the cheaper price if they reduce it?0 -

I was hoping that I would just get notification of the price drop and therefore the difference credited to my CC.........if not then I'll just cancel the order anyway, before the deilivery date....or am I just being silly?0 -

I've just spoken to Argos and they haven't been briefed. I should have asked if you would pay the reduced price if it went down on the website or the lower price.0

Well unless you reserved it by going into the store (i.e. you reserved via phone or online) the Distance Selling Rules would apply there too so you could just ask for your moeny back without ever accepting the goods in the first place...........unless of course you are happy to pay the full price.0 -

Spoke to them this morning and they told me that if the price comes down within 30 days of purchase, they'll refund the difference.
