After the unexpected appearance of TouchPad stock on the John Lewis website at 11:45 this morning (including the rare 64GB version, on sale for £159), there are unconfirmed reports circulating that Argos will be getting more stock in around 11 September...

Get over to Argos as soon as possible: 32GB TouchPads being advertised as available for purchase for home delivery. (1:44am)

    Be quick! And be lucky!

I've just ordered the 32gb from argos. It says stock levels need to be checked and the order is on hold. I'm waiting on an email now, hopefully its worked!

I'm hoping the recent availability of the 32GB TouchPads on the Argos website is legitimate - and not another Amazon-type scenario where Argos don't actually have the stock available to fulfil the orders they are taking, and the orders are then subsequently cancelled.

Rumours were that Argos were getting a consignment of around 400 TouchPads. They must have taken at least ten times that in orders by now...
So I would expect some cancellation emails tomorrow.

But... you never know. These are crazy days.
