I'm not saying that I wouldn't want the free apps, far from it but to be fair the promo code came to the US a week after the sale started, so maybe we'll get UK app codes next week too.

Edit: the HP Palm Twitter feed said that the codes they gave were US only but to stay tuned for other promos for other countries

John Lewis had some more up just, including the 64GB for £159 (which might be the first time anybody in the UK has actually put any of those up.) All gone now needless to say, but I guess there's hope that other places might follow now. Keep watching the skies! Or something.

I got my bad news fom Staples today. I ordered two online, they called me to say it was one per customer only and amended my order. They then sent me a catalogue and an invoice showing my order paid in full. I called them today for an update and they said my order had been cancelled and apologised for not letting me know! Not greatly impressed..

John Lewis had these this morning, 16gb at £89, 32gb at £115 and 64gb at £159. All gone within 10 mins.

I managed to get a 32gb for myself.

They offered collection in store tomorrow or delivery so must have stock.

Did you use 2 different addresses and cards? if not you may have your order cancelled someone on HDUK just called to verify if they could have 1 of each after ordering and they said no 1 would be cancelled (and has been), it was strictly 1 per household, however i think he was lucky to have called, if JL had made the discovery of 2 orders both may have been cancelled as i know they did this with the zhu zhu pets when more that stated had been ordered, not trying to scare you but it may be best to secure 1 for yourself than lose both

okay a few ppl over on hukd are cancelling their 2nd orders so try checking JL for the stock goin back on system xx

called my local john lewis, they have none and said no JL stores have any and they dont expect any in.
