I second that!....had a bad experience with a product during Christmas 2008, their customer service was shocking, havent bought anything from them since

As you should be aware, you're not guaranteed to be entitled to a refund, but the more complaints they receive, may affect their decision to offer the rebates or not.

Has anyone had any success with this ?

Well, off to Tesco now to pick up my reserved TP, now that I have had the personal phonecall from tesco telling me they will refund. Hohoho!!!
