is it the end of the month yet.
ok i promise i'm not really wishing time away like that but when you have no money it's a bit like everything happens at the beguinning of every month and then your just suspended in limbo waiting to see how good or bad you manage to end the month.
i've been away from the site over the weekend as i've been working split shifts and i am trying to get to bed a bit earlier at night.i did miss the site while i was away.it's amazing how keeping everything fresh in your mind helps to keep you focused.
i managed to have a no spend weekend.i had to go to asda today as i;d ran out of dog food and bread.i really fancied some chocolate so i thought i'd get one of the asda value range ones.they were only 30p so i got 2:o
i picked some potatoes and a couple of swede out of the garden to have with dinner.i've also planted some rocket seed i've got left over to see if i can grow it in my shed which i'm using as a greenhouse.
i baked some more cakes today, they seem to go very quickly.
when i walked the dog on the common this afternoon he developed a limp in his front leg.he still ran around but he's struggling now.i think he has a touch of arthritus.he hasn't broken anything thank goodness.i've been trying to give him some reki although i am a little rusty.i'm hoping he will be better by the morning.
have a good tuesday everyone.:)there is no wealth but lifesealed pot challenge#240

I know the feeling! I get paid 4 weekly on a Friday and by the following monday I start the countdown again, I love the buzz I get when paying things off!
Wish I had a veggie plot... Maybe next year!

morning all.
i'm just up dating my diary as i didn't get a chance last night as working late and if i let things slip then i just forget things.
when i was at home yesterday afternoon virgin phoned me twice to offer me a better deal on my phone and broadband as i've arranged to move away to the post office.their deal still didn't match the new one.the guy pointed out that i had been a customer with them for 7 years.i told him that most of those 7 years i had been paying to much.if they had offered me a deal before i wouldn't have changed.
today i'm going out for the day[if i ever decide what to wear]i am going with a friend to see laura marling in concert tonight but we are going out for the day.i think i will have to go and draw out my £40 that i got from selling my cd's.it's hard to go out for a daywhen the other person isn't in the same financial situation as you.i know that my friend would happily pay for everything but i couldn't let him do that,i wouldn't enjoy that.so i will try to find a happy level.
also the window cleaner is coming today thats £7.i have decided to cancell this but didn't have his number.i saw him in asda the other day but he was with someone so i chickened out of telling him.he's coming today so i'll probably have to pay for another month.
right must away now.have a lovely day everyone.there is no wealth but lifesealed pot challenge#240

Well done taking on Virgin! You're so right...if they had treated you better you would have stayed. But it's so often too little too late.
Hope you enjoy the concert tonight. You deserve some fun times.

ok i confess,i've had the heating on tonight.
just for a while though, just to take the chill of the place:o
had a fab day out yesterday.we went to see laura marling in concert at norwich cathederal.it was fantastic.i can't recomend her highly enough.
i was very lucky in that my friend brought the tickets.i spent £20.that was on lunch and coffee.i did buy afew beads but i was very good and know exactly what i'm going to do with them rather than just buying lots of stuff then not using them which i would have done before.i used some of the money i got from music magpie for my day so in theory it didn't cost me anything.
havn't managed a nsd today as had to top up my phone.i did manage to make lots of soup tonight with stuff from the garden and a big bag of spinnage i got reduced to 40p.
i have just checked my items on ebay.i have 4 things on at the moment.two of them i think i'm the only person looking at them.the other two are doing well though.one jumper has 14 people watching it and 4 days left.fingers crossed.my paypal account could do with a boost.
have a great friday everyone, the weekends nearly here:)there is no wealth but lifesealed pot challenge#240

morning all.
and what a lovely day.i'm just looking out of my window as i'm writting this and the sun is shinning and the trees look amazing.and,it's all free.
ok it's a wee bit chilly but afew layers should take care of that.i am going to wrap up later and get out in the garden and try to do all those last things that need doing before winter sets in properly.monty gave some surgestions on gw last night,oh and my sweet peas growing in my shed are much bigger than his:Di did go down to the shed the other night though and it was freezing in there so everything had better toughen up pretty quickly, there's no molly coddling in this garden.
i've got some work from the agency for tomorrow so am going to engoy a day off today.i've got lots of things in mind i want to do so i'll be back later to let you know how i got on.i'm just going to check my online banking now which won't make good reading:(

another weekend bites the dust.
i did some work for the agency today which was good.i'll get paid for that before the end of the month.getting paid by the agency weekly is a real bonus.
i managed a nsd on saturday but i've spent some money today and i'm anoyed at myself for doing it.the result of it is that i have £5 in my purse to last me till the end of the month.i really want to try and cope without buying any more food.so i think it's going to be a week of soup and beans on toast for me.i've already run out of toilet rolls:eek:
i have managed to sell a couple of items on ebay.one of my jumpers went for £11 which i was very pleased with.i think i will have another sort out tomorrow and i may relist the items that didn't sell.
am working till lunch time tomorrow so am going to do some baking in the afternoon.
have a good monday everyone.:)there is no wealth but lifesealed pot challenge#240

i know i shouldn't be up on here at this time of night.
i don't have to get up early in the morning and when thats the case i'm always full of beans at night.
i managed to get a shift with the agency this afternoon/evening and i have another one booked in for saturday.hopefully they will phone with something for today aswell.
i had to send two ebay parcels today then it occured to me that i don't have any money.i have exactly £7 in the house but i know that the window cleaner is going to call for his money and i don't want the embarrasment of not having anything to give him.i will definatly cancell them from now on though.so i will have to draw out the last of my music magpie money to go to the post office.so often it feels like money comes into one hand and goes straight out the other.
oh well,i did manage a nsd, thats one upside of having no money:)
have a lovley wednesday everyone.there is no wealth but lifesealed pot challenge#240

have had a lovely day today.had two long walks with my neighbour and our dogs,i'm paying for it now though as my foot is giving me jip.am at the doctors in the morning so i'm hoping he can do something to sort it out.
withdrew the last of my music magpie money and posted my ebay parcels.i also went and had a coffee in the coffee shop with my neighbour.it's nice because i hardly ever do this now i enjoy it loads more than i used to.
i watched kirsty's craft programe this evening.i love anything like that.they make these things look so easy.i went and got my craft box out.i bought some beads to make a new necklace so it inspired me to get on with it.oh and i would just love love love to have that ring she wears,it's to die for:)
i've been checking out recipies for pumpkin soup which i want to try this year.i'm going to have to buy pumpkins[£1 in asda]when i get my shopping.i'm hoping i can get soup and pie out of two pumpkins.i have grown one in the garden but it's really small.i think i may use it to mix with potatoe and swede for mash.
have a great thursday everyone.:)there is no wealth but lifesealed pot challenge#240
